ai pon dan puas berat turun naik..atkin pernah buat, exercise erobics siang malam memang badan turun dan fit giler tapi bila tertinggal memang jenuh nak kejar balik..metabolisma pon dah kurang so buat santai2 jer lah sekarang ni..takmau stress atau gigih sangat. yg penting i kurang terpengaruh ngan benda2 viral mcm boba2 bagai tuh..kurang gak gula kat situ

Kalau kopi susu pn i'll take without sugar. Tapi tak la terlalu strict, kalau g coffee bean tu ambik je ice choc or coffee tapi cakap less sugar

IF acah2 kira x?
awal masuk U sampai grad 64kg ----> 58kg sbb banyak jalan. lepas grad 58kg ----> 50kg sbb IF acah2 ni. jarang2 drop sampai 48kg, atau naik 52-53kg musim raya

skip breakfast no No NO! makan sepagi yg mungkin, 7-8am.  melantak no limit. semakin petang semakin kecik portion makan, utk aku naturally portion makin kecik sbb bila pagi makan banyak makin petang mmg tak lapar sangat pon. nak makan manis cut air manis, taknak cut air manis hadapla makanan tawar. nasi putih biasa je makan. kadang 2x kadang 3x sehari. kul 6pm± stop makan. puasa max 13 jam je, tu pon majoriti waktu tidur jadi tak rasa mcm puasa pon. tak payah nak terseksa berat maintain melainkan musim raya. cuma tang exercise je malas betul nak buat.

Nakkkkk... Udah selamat berbukaaa jam 11am td.. Nasi separuh + sayoq + asam podeh ikan..hiks hiks.. So no more food.. Air n tea only...

Sambung esok pulak,mudahan kuruih la hendaknyaaaa... Pray for me everybadehhh

i buat yg 16 jam puasa, 8 jam makan..tp idaklah makan sampai 8 jam tu..pkl 5 ata6 petang i dah stop makan..pukul 12 atau 1 tengahhari i makan. hari tu ada try buat puasa 20 jam dan makan 4 jam..tp belum gigih lagi.

contoh..i puasa start pkl 5 petang sampai pukul 5 pagi (12 jam) tapi i lajak buat lebih 16 jam so pkl 12 atau 12.30 tengah hari i lunch nasi ngan lauk2 semua tu..pastu ada gak makan kuih lah roti lah..waktu balik rumah i cuma minum air kosong jer..
