Ada skali i g ikea, nampak org perempuan ni..dia punya bum2 was so huge..everytime she walks,bum2 follow the rythem..perhaps what i want not as big as that, just nice & proportionate & round..thats it..haha... |

Based on my reading on google..we cant change our bodytype bodyshape since the it was specifically determined by hormone produced via our pitutary glands..so yeah cant change it 100% but exercise can helps us to tone our body..
