[Persahabatan] Membongkang sepanjang hari

Dh berbulan aku rasa mengantuk separa kronik
Terutama lepas makan lunch..
Dia pnya ngantuk nauzubilah.

Eh ni dh melarat lepas bfast..
Tu yg malas bfast heavy2 ....

Mujur jugak malam aku boleh tidur awal
Jam 11 dh ngatuk sbb pernah tk dpt tidur berhari hari..


Skg portion makan pn sikit je
Sbb takut ngatuk kuat.

Rasa mcm useless je kuat tidur cani.

samalah. pantang ada masa mesti terlelap. bila terlelap udah macam tido malam sampai anak kejut mama are you still alive?

mungkin tak cukup matahari kot rasa mengantuk sajork

Iolls makan 1senduk je nasik tk tambah

Skg dlm proses nk fit balik
Skg dlm 58kg
Nk turun 50kg tp hazab la seinci pn tamau
Berganjak laki iolss bising suh kempiskn perut

Mungkin u bangun awal kot. Kalau bangun awal then tengahari mengantuk, tu biasa kan? Sebab I pun memang biasa afternoon nap, normal kot ya dalam setengah jam to 45mins. Walaupun breakfast tak heavy mana sekadar green tea/coffee dengan roti sekeping. Bangun awal pukul 5 sejak sejak PKP. Kalau tak PKP around 4-4.30pagi dah bangun.

buatla apa2..
sejak pkp taun lepas aku tak pernah tido siang, mcm2 benda aku buat, tak kisahla berat ke ringan asalkan ada benda nk buat, aku dah siap plan esok nak buat apa, lusa nk buat apa...
kalau korang layan makan tido makan tido memang tak lama jadi buntal la jawapnya

Tidur 11 /12 ni mmg syukur sgt2 kalau aku tk dpt tidur time ni nanti aku teringat hal2 lalu stress

letih mental tu mak. Berkurung lama sangat kan pkp sampai zz ta k habis2. Iols suggest buatlah light exercise bagi kurangkan stress tu. PKPD ni pun iols keluar briskwalk, stress punya pasal.
