bila baca sini.. baru tahu wujudnye non-diary cream...
sebab sebelum ni.. dok belek2 cream dekat care4... tak pernah lak jumpa yg non-dairy....
lepas ni nak try cari yg non-diary cream plak

one more....
aku dok belek2 kek yg ko buat kat thread buttercream tu...
cantek betul ye....
hehehe..... sayang nak makan kalau aku le.....

tu la..saya pong gitu gak....org kata buat research dulu....sebab cream2 ni sumer kan mahal so kalu buat2 tak jadi rasa mcm rugi sesangat.....

saya first time buat Alhamdulillah jadik pulak....tapi tu la...sebelum tu mmg byk belek buku,belek website....belek2 kat bod nie.....tgk rancangan masak2 kat chanel 11 tu..

masa putar tu pon mmg hati2 sgt....

:bgrin: shida rujuk tah bape website pun tak ingat. walaupun banyak tips yang berbeza, tapi mesti ada yang bersamaan. sebab cream ni mahal le tu sebab kena buat research :bgrin: kang tak pepasal lak membazir. mula-mula dulu main tuang je. rupanya cream ni bila dipukul dia akan naik & gebu. so kalau 1 liter tu boleh buat 3 biji kek.

tul tu shida...

saya masa mula2 buat tu,selamba jer tuang 1liter cream tuh....sekali bila dh pukul...mak aiii! kembang sampai penuh mangkuk,tu pon dah pakai bekas yg besar dah tue.....last2,saya kena buat 3 batches ! Baru hbs pukul sumer....1st batch saya topped on a cake,lagi 2 batches saya simpan dalam bekas yg bertutup pastu buh dlm peti ais....(tp bukan dekat freezer) and bulih simpan up to a month.....!

bila nak pakai saya boleh terus amik n gune,tak perlu pukul lagi. Saya guna utk mcm2...makan dgn pancake,bubuh atas chocolate shake pahtu tabur dgn cocoa powder....takpon,kalu buat nescafe panas tu pon saya topped gak ngan whipped cream and tabur dgn serbuk nescafe plak...hehehe....sedap! Konon2 ala2 cappucino la tue....

oooooo....boleh ye kalau simpan yang dah di whip kan sampai sebulan...selama ni tak tau..
lepas nih bolehla wat mcm ni..senangla kalau nak guna skit2 je..kalau tak, nak kene whip jumlah yg skit mcm kelakar je...sbb kene pd satu whisker je....

pinky, dalam page ni jugak, shida tak ingat sape, tapi dia ada mention pasal non-dairy cream & dairy cream. boleh baca. dan boleh jugak search kat google.

I think table cream tak boleh buat whipping cream ....tp tak tahu la kan...sebab selalunyer saya tgk kalu table cream ni more to utk buat dessert......and not for topping

whipping cream brand emborg kotak kaler hijau tu halal x?
aritu sy sajeje beli whipping cream kot2 nanti nak guna....sblm ni sy ada baca posting sapa ntah yg guna brand tu so sy ingat ok sy pun beli.....td bila belek kotak tu x dak pun cop halal pun...so x leh guna lah yerk?rugi2

saya pernah beli brand 'hanan' 1 carton. ni mmg elok guna terus...pasal kalau dah bukak pastuh simpan dia jadi cam pahit sikit....

Non-dairy jenis yg manis, biasa ada kat bakery supplier. Jeis packaging dia mcm packaging susu marigold HL.
Dairy jenis yg x manis, biasa ada kat any store. Biasanya tak tulis perkataan dairy kat kotak nye.  Jenis packaging dia mcm packaging air kotak biasa.
