oleh sebb rege bahan kueh mahal bebeno le ni..
kakliza pun mungkin buat sekut ni banyak sekali..
nak bawak balik umah mertua..
dan yg pentingnya anak kakliza amatlah suka sekut ni...
depa hangkut tak hengat dunia punya..
memang takleh buat sikit2..paling kurang 4 adunan..:bg:

Sorry ye passion....terlambat balas.....
Ini resepinya

Chocolate truffle ball
230 g mentega
70   g gula aising
50g badam kisar (utk hiasan)
60g milo
50g tepung jagung
30g susu tepung
230 g tepung gandum
esen vanila satu sudu teh
hazel nut sebagai inti
cooking cokelat

pukul mentega dengan gula dan esen vanila
kemudian masuk kan tepung-tepung yang telah di ayak

selepas jadi doh..buat kecik kecik and bubuh hazel nut di tengah.

bakar
dah sejuk
celup dlm cooking cokelat and badam yg telah dipanggang terlebih dahulu.

nak tanya kawan-kawan kt sini..klau buat samperit kan..sebelum bakar tu mmg cantik jer bunga dia..tapi lepas bakar kelopak tu  mcam turun..kembang....dh x nampak rupa bunga sgt...naper jadi cam tu yer...selalu nampak yg org juai ok jer kelopak bunga tu.....

adunan biskut memang tak boleh pukul sampai kembang macam kek..just gaul2 gitu saja...aalkan gula dan buter sebati..ada kakliza baca mana ntah..masukkan semua bahan dalam mixer dan gaulkan sebati..then baru canaikan...ini baru sonang nak buat 4..5 adunan sekali gus..
