Semalam tengok kat habib RM 185/gm
online mungkin +/- RM160

kaka baru balik dari Umrah..gempak habis design barang kemas kat sana.
bangle lebar 4-5 inci pun ada
tapi emas 850...warna kureng skit dari emas 916.

semlm try buat rose from cheese cream frosting, jadi kembang setaman ...

tiba2 semangat nak membaking datang balik..

masih ada 1/2 kg cream cheese yg dibeli 5 bulan lepas dlm peti sejuk.

masalahnya hubby dan anak2 tak suka cheese..bila wat cake semua masuk perut sendiri...makin debabla jadinya nanti

hubby shin tak berapa suka cheese mechese semua ni Alis, tapi kalau bake oreo cheesecake or marble cheesecake mmg dia suka, pasal dia kata tak manis, so perhaps boleh try?


eh kak penyu tu wifey rockers rupanya , nanti balik shin belek lagi apa nama blog dia, but she is very good in baking and cooking

Kalo cream cheese rasanya bukansebab teknik " memukul" tu, lainla whipping cream , kalo overwhipped jadi cair balik

resipi yg shin buat tu, is half whip cream and half cream cheese , and a bit of icing sugar

semlm tengok kat youtube mcm senang buat yoghurt icecream tu, just frozen berries, milk and sugar, tapi dia pakai machine lar
