lagi satu kan ade my chinese colleague share cara dia..dia ckp if nak lose weight, jgn amik carb + protein together..this lady lost 12kg after her confinement..cara dia, dia tak amik pape meat..just carb and veggies + 30 minutes of walking every day..

actually kalau makan 3 meals perday takpe kalau rajin workout,gym,excercise..sb die burn kalori byk gile..thats y org yg makan byk, tp salu workout mmg body maintain...

tp kalau jenis org yg mkn byk, kendian malas workout,jogging,gym,excercise..jawapnyer berat tak turun, makin naik adalah..

masa confinement mmg senang nak turun....i managed to lose 12kg during first 2 weeks after delivery....

tp nak menten lepas tue yg

masa confinement turun 12 kgs????

wauuu!!!

me masa lepas deliver haritu pun hilang dalam 12 kgs in total
jenuh nak turunkan lagi 4 kgs sebab total naik is 16kgs
huwaaaaa...

yup..amik air suam bagus..dulu i antu coke..then nak kurus punya pasal, terpaksa tinggalkan coke n suma yg manis2..but then after dah kurus pun, i dont even like benda2 yg manis anymore..dah biasa minum air biasa je, it's like way too sweet for my taste buds

Lepas bersalin memang mudah slim....sbb jaga makan betui2...bertungku 44 hari..kiri kanan atas bawah penuh batu tungku..Panasssss......Cair lemak beb!!!

i agree with u.. sbb mase tuh mmg senang sgt turun!! i pun turun 25 kg dlm pantang tp lepas tu ade lagik 5 kg nih yg tak dapat nak menolonggg... dah 5 thn nak turun kan 5 kg nih still takde harapan lagik nihhh...

alkisah sorang kawan mama.....ni zaman keje laa..
Lepas pantang slim giler....dah lah dia tinggi...nampak langsing gitu.
Ni berpantang sakan...

Tapi  malang nya...bila start keje , breakfast ramai2 sebelum masuk opis...
nasi lemak lauk paru + sotong....sessi lepas geram agak nya + teh tarik..sket punya kawwwww.

Tak sampai 1 bulan......naik balik...


Bengang giler dia....tapi bukan salah kitorang....sapa suruh join kita orang makan sedap

ACV....nampak cam sempoi.....dan murah.
Tapi jika di amalkan dgn konsisten.....memang men DETOX......dan menurunkan berat
badan....


DISIPLIN PENTING....

kekadang kita rajin beli....tapi buat pameran kat kitchen cabinet je...termasuk yang tgh tulis ni.. Macam2 ada...

ni nk bagi info sikit.

Ramai akak tgk kat gym wlpun dah berbulan workout bersungguh2 tapi yg turun cuma 2-3 kilo ja.
Kebanyakkan mengeluh sebab tak boleh nk control makan. Balik gym masuk dapor ja sapu perabih apa yg ada.

Yg berjaya menurunkan berat badan pun hanya dapat bertahan beberapa minggu ja...sebab tak tahan godaan makanan gak.

So kesimpulan nya ...nk turun kan berat badan kena sabar...3 bulan exercise dan makan berpada2.

Akak dah turun 4kg 5mon kat gym..now gain 3kg back sebab seronok raya cina..balik kpg.

Sekarang ni dng penoh semangat balik ke gym semula sambil melipatgandakan usaha.

Trainer kat gym dah advice kalu silap technic pon tak boleh turun gak bodi fat..setahun workout pon tak jalan...aduii

dah excercise tuh jgn la makan byk sgt oiii...
dah excercise baik minum air kosong byk2..bile makan berpada2..kang kalori terbakar,terbina balik dgn mudahnyer..
nak2 jgn makan nasik/hi carbo time malam..mmg jgn harap nak turun berat badan..yelah dah mlm mana lagi kalori nak burn..dah tentu tersimpan jadi lemaks..
nak bakar lemak, baik mkn protein time mlm..mcm ikan bakar jer?roasted chicken breast...no to nasik

nasik makan time siang takpe..jgn time mlm mmg susah nak burn nnt..
lepas makan jgn terus excercise, kang kene appendix..tunggu lepas 2-3jam..
