Berkesan tak hubby misy buat? Sebab dulu pernah try juga buat. Punya la bersemangat, pepagi je mesti buat sebab ingat memang berkesan. Tapi hampeh..tak kurang langsung saiz lengan saye

my hubby tak buat yg ni ...dia cakap kalau perempuan kena buat cam ni...me malas yg amat...

maybe teknik tak kena kot...kalau tak silap..tulang belakang kena lock..pas tu breath out masa kita tolak badan tu

Masa buat tu memang saye luruskan badan dan 'rebah'kan ke arah dinding dan support berat badan dgn lengan. Tak ingat plak saye tahan napas atau tak. Ni petua saya tengok kat rancangan tv, saya ikut mcm yg tv tu cakap le. Tapi tak berkesan plak pade saye huhu

Nasib baik skang dah takde masalah lengan besar, jadi mmg tak buat dah petua tu. Sesapa yg rajin try la buat, mungkin berkesan pada org lain kan

it's because u dont eat less..

wat ever shaping progress pn u nak buat u kena kurangkan at least 10% dari food intake seharian..

not enuf protein?
makan skip?
tak makan breakfast/dinner?
kurang 'pembeban'?

to kurangkan lemak.. is to reduce fat.. to reduce fat, is to DIET.

Memang betul sesangat la nasihat xoxo nih. Tajam menikam hingga kalbu. Ade ke patut gi salahkan cara senaman, padahal sebenarnya diri sendiri yang salah sebab tak reti-reti nak diet bab pemakanan
