i mmg nak join sume kelas tu.. tapi blum lagi sbb skrg nak kuatkan stamina..

saya penah sekali dpt pt yg agak kerek. dia ni kira senior la kat situ. mmg dia ajar bebetul tp pastu paksa sign up ngan dia. dah markup rege lak tu. pastu siap promo lagi produk dia...kata berkesan utk kurus la blabla..tak suker. pastu pt lain ok je.. siap ajar dan bagi nasihat lagi. lagipon kat gym tu ramai budak br grad sains sukan uitm. derang friendly sgt. aritu siap ada pompuan bertudung lg yg jd pt. kalo dia nampak kite guna mesin tak betul laju je dia betulkan

kawan aku plak hampir hari2 lari kat treadmill (treadmill mahal plak tuh - cali fitness).. tp body fat tak turun2 gak.. sebab nye input  dia banyak... makan jenis tak hingat nyer..

bodycombat,bodyjam,bodystep ni sume under Les Mills punye. dia mmg akan setiap 4 bulan sekali ada new release. kalo gi new release dia sonok.. dpt free gift..heheh.. tp kene berebut nak masuk. masa buat tu mmgla tak terasa penat sbb sonok habis dok tumbuk tendang sana sini. siap jerit2 lag tu yg best tu.,.hehe.. hilang sume tension kat opis

amik ko samalah kita..Dr. Peter J.D碅damo menyarankan agar pemilik darah jenis O lebih banyak mengambil makanan berprotein tinggi, mengikut diet rendah karbohidrat dengan pengambilan ikan atau daging (kecuali daging yang diolah) serta sayur-sayuran yang banyak, telur dan kacang namun menghindari produk susu dan gandum. Beliau turut menyarankan agar pemilik darah jenis ini menghadkan pengambilan buah-buahan.

Pemilik darah jenis O harus menghindari semua jenis bijirin, pasta dan nasi. Dr. Peter J.D碅damo turut menyenaraikan jenis makanan yang perlu dihindar seperti sayur brokoli, sawi, taugeh, terung, cendawan, dan kentang. Bagi pemilik darah jenis ini, telur, susu, gandum dan kekacang tidak diperlukan memandangkan tubuh telah mendapat khasiat daripada sumber daging.

Hindari jeruk kerana ia mampu mendatangkan keracunan usus kepada golongan darah jenis ini.

mmg heavy sket ni..lompat2 jerit2 tendang sini sana. tp mmg puas ah.. first timer yg tak biasa mmg selalu akan flat masuk body combat ni. kawan saya siap kene mop peluh dia..keke sama ngan instructor tu.

heheh..you ni avid follower of Dr d'Adamo punya 'Eat right for your type' ker?
i ada two of his books - 'Live right for your type' & 'Eat right for Type A'

once i penah follow, but for a short while only
I'm an A blood type -> should go for pineapple & soy-based food to have healthy body
until now i'm still into pineapple..

after one year rm100 je sebln kalau renew membershiplah....

A'ah. FF. Branch Cheras. sebenarnya ada jugak PT yg baik2. tapi nasib saya x baik dapat PT tu.
dah nasib badan. anyway, pasni saya nak try masuk combat lah. macam best aje.

tuan umah, cuba citer sket your fitness schedule for a day/week..
contohnya, mula-mula you buat HIIT , then what?

cam i, i don't go to the gym..there's none nearby
so i buat fitness training by myself at home.
dulu penah gi gym, so i kinda know how to do weight training correctly.
at the moment i just use free weights, i.e. dumbbells .
baru je beli fitness ball.  Ingat nak beli barbells, tapi nanti dululah.

i train 3 times a week.  I rotate my workout using A/B/A method this week and change it to B/A/B next week. Cycle for about 6 weeks. Contoh for circuit A is like this:
1) Functional warmup for about 5 - 7 minutes
2) Main workout comprising of - back squat, dumbbell press, deadlifts, dumbbell rows, dumbbell stepups, bench press and dumbbell swing.
3) ab training - contohnya lying leg thrust, reverse crunches, ab bicycle, alternating crunches, bench crunches.  This should not take too long.  Also, i do abdominal vacuums (tarik napas sambil 'tarik' perut ke dalam)
4) HIIT - about 6 - 10 minutes
5) 3 - 5 minutes of all muscle group stretching.

All this shouldn't take more than 1 hour.  Exercising too long is actually not good.  

Lagi satu, post-workout meal - ni penting ni, to replenish your muscle glycogen lepas you exercise.

pheww..panjang nya post.  Sori la ekk..just want to share with u ols how i'm exercising currently...

teknik pernafasan penting semasa melakukan weight lifting .bila nak inhale dan bila nak exhale.berapa banyak circle dan repetition kena ambil kira.biasanya
kalau i pergi gym i akan observe siapa yang baru .tengok cara dia prepare untuk excersice .tengok cara dia buat .kalau nampak tak betul .kena la sapa.kesian tengok kalau org tu g gym nak kurus tapi cara tak betul.yg dapat hanya kuar peluh,penat dan sihat je.lagi terus kalau cara salah terus sakit belakang aatau
urat.jangan main buat je.silap buat merana.badab bukan nak pakai sehari dua
