paduhal.. kita leh tepek aje kat gigi...

Memutihkan Gigi
1) Goreng biji asam jawa tanpa minyak. Kemudian tumbuk sehingga menjadi serbuk dan gosokkan pada gigi. Amalkan selalu.
2) Bakar dua biji pinang tua yang kering hingga menjadi arang. Gosokkan pada gigi dan biarkan seketika. Kemudian cuci dengan air.
3) Kayu arang juga boleh digunakan untuk memutihkan gigi. Tumbuk arang hingga halus. Gosokkan pada gigi.
4) Hancurkan dua atau tiga helai daun lalang. Kemudian gosokkan pada gigi.
