5.00 AM : bangun untuk sapu eye mask
5.10 AM : buang eye mask n selenggara muka
5:30 AM : masak
6.00 AM : healthy breakfast
7.00 AM :kemas rumah
8.00 AM :gardening
8.30 AM : jogging n jalan2 bawak pet keluar
11.00 AM : masa bersosial/gosipping
4.30 AM : beauty consultation & treatment (saloon spa)
7.30 AM : memasak
9.00 AM : jaga/rawat muka
9.30 AM : mandi/memanjakan badan pula
10.00 AM : face/body massage
10.30 AM : foot massage n treatment
11.00 AM : maybe tido


**mana masa dia nk jaga anak? layan suami?

amy nampak dah tips dia... aduhai, nampaknya tak jadik lah Amy nak praktikkan sedangkan kena layan anak anak dll......

Keeping the body fit to look younger

One should do regular workouts and should keep the body and mind active to stay young. One should have enough of sleep and stay away from smoking. (cukup sekadar buat kerja rumah asas dan layan anak pun dah cukup letih..Camne lah nak carik masa nak workout pulak?) (inikan pulak mlm kena layan anak tak mau tidur, camne nak dapatkan enought sleep?)

Eating healthy food to stay and look younger

One should eat fresh healthy food for a young skin and body. Eating right food makes whole lot of difference in one's appearance. One should have a balanced diet and 4-time meal in small portions. (masalhnya bukan tak mau eat healthy foods, tapi makanan kita pun sudah terdedah kpd racun serangga n dll .... healthy food kalo dikira sayuran organik boleh jugak, tapi ada ayam, ikan organik ke? atau ayam dan ikan yg boleh dilabelkan sebagai healthy, tanpa suntikan atau pendedahan kpd mercury?)

Skin care
Eating right food, as fruits, milk, nuts and vegetables are the best way to feed the skin. But one should follow a definite skin care routine to keep the skin young and healthy as it is affected by outside factors as dust, dirt and pollution too. (inilah yg terbaik Amy boleh ikut dr Cik Masako)

Drink lots of water and fluids to wash off the toxins.

It keeps the skin away from most of the skin problems including black heads and white heads. (this also Amy ikut, tapi kenapa kadang kala naik jerawat jugak ye? hmmm)

Just my two cents thought... walaupon Amy takleh nak praktikkan semua yg Cik Masako buat, tapi berfikiran positive pun dah cukup memadai buat Amy

   owh sangat setuju..saya pon masuk group ni..ahaha..betul la..mungkin betul dier awet muda dan takder plastic sebab dier konsisten dalam paktikal. kepala tak serabut, duit banyak, suami pon support..tapi orang jepun yang kami kagum ni,,mereka ni rajin,,,kiter masuk keje kol 8-8.30.diorang ni kol 6.. so tk leh celen la bab routine diorang ni..tapi kalo tgkkan jadual harian kecantikan dier..tak kurang dengan orang2 tua dulu..sebab tu agaknya orang tua dulu cantek..mereka ni rajin..kita ni dah ada alatan moden pun bab pantang pun soooosah..merujuk kepada kakak ku...

  walaupun anak2 terjaga pukul 2/3 pagi meraung2...kejutkan somi suruh bangun..berdengkur dan tido mati lak..kita juga yang bangun ngn mata terpejam dan MASIH LAGI BERPIKIRAN POSITIF..

Malaysian housewife yg boleh ikut timetable dia BOLEH....
1. Anak (yg belum sekolah) hantar ke rumah pengasuh 100% utk dijaga. Mak cuma melawat.
2. Anak (yg sudah sekolah) hantar duk rumah pengasuh 100% utk dijaga atau duk asrama 100%.
3. Masak 1x sehari sahaja.
4. Suami dapat gaji banyak..lebih bagus kalau bisnes sendiri supaya cukup $$ kasi isteri belanja buat spa hari2....
5. Kalau kerja rumah tak mampu buat sendiri, boleh gajikan maid.

nampak gaya #1 dan #2, anak tu dah besaq nnt dah tak kenai mak kot...

ade dear... akak dgn suami ambik bergilir gilir... baby bangun 4 x satu malam so, selang seli dodoikan dia...tapi akak breastfeeding jadi xchoice kena bangun jugak 4x baby mau nenen.... ... tengoklah bila baby dah besar cket, amy boleh try praktikkan 50% tips masako ini... hehehehehe biar acik bookmark dulu yea...

   teori awet muda nie....hanya blh digunapakai sekiranya si punya badan less stress (kerja tak byk berfikir yg payah2), mempunyai genetik awet muda dari nenek moyang, punya banyak masa utk kecantikan, jaga pemakanan....

kalo jenis mcm aku nie ssh jugak nak maintain muda apabila usia meningkat tua...keja pun mengalahkan kaum lelaki....

adalagi kalo nak mudah tapi syirik jugak la...tak pun jenama tak halal...

ahak ahak...sian kat Su, semua dah terlepas objective , terkeluar off topik selepas tengok gambor masako.hihihihi   okays..biar Amy kongsikan yer..

1. Minum air sekurang2 8glass sehari. (Body food)
2. Kurangkan makanan berminyak, garam, gula. (Body food)
3. Makan banyak buah buahan. (Body food)
4. Makan makanan ala-stim, kukus. (Body food)
5. Bersenam. (Body and Mind food)
6. Tidur yg mencukupi. (Mind food)
7. Pakai skincare yg sesuai. (Body food)
8. Dekati diri dgn Tuhan. (Soul food)
9. Berfikiran positive. (Mind food)
10. Dont worry too much. (Mind food)

Body food sama pentingnya dengan mind food. So nourish your Mind, Body and Soul....

4. Makan makanan ala-stim, kukus. (Body food) - stim jarang..tapi selalu la sup, rebus,

6. Tidur yg mencukupi. (Mind food)-terlebih juga kadang2 tak ckp..
7. Pakai skincare yg sesuai. (Body food) -so far tak taw lagi kesan seswai ke tidak..
8. Dekati diri dgn Tuhan. (Soul food)- always
9. Berfikiran positive. (Mind food)-sometime susah juga nak paksa mind to think positively
10. Dont worry too much. (Mind food) - im a woman who worry too much..sekian..
