Subhanallah, cantiknya!! mmg racun terbaik ne ehehe...puncak MBC tu memang cantiklah, runding menjulang ke atas...dhampus trek tu nampak sgt azab ok huhuhu..

@LelaRentaka7 ....uhh..sungguh emosi bace report ini. and my god..korang neh...sanggup ye carry 10kg bekpek tu. huhu. tabik spring. even i'm as a guy pun tidakla sanggup. hahaha.

Hike from Sarangkot-Nuadanda
This is a popular hike and attempted but many and the main purpose of going up Sarangkot early morning is to view the sunrise over the annapurna himal.
This is actually the first hike we did before attemping the Annapurna Base Camp.
Lepas kami selesai dengan watching sunrise over Sarangkot we had a quick breakfast in one of the cafes there and started our hike. The weather was very clear so kami bergegas sikit sebab bila waktu pagi kabus pun mula reda dan awan akan keluar sikit demi sikit. Sebelum dia make a full appearance kena guna peluang ni sebaik mungkin sbb masa ni lah the mountains will be clear dan opportunity ambil gambar killer shots are high.
Takde ape sangat nak cerita pasal hike ni sebab trek dia sangat2 lah senang even budak kecik pun boleh buat trek ni..tak mencabar langsung..the only thing is the view..awesome! This trek is 12 km and it took us around 3 hours to complete sebab banyak stop for photography...

Pokhara-Sarangkot sunrise
Woke up at 4:00 am and by 04:30am we were already in the jeep heading toward Sarangkot.
The journey to Sarangkot took about an hour and we were dropped off by our driver at the Sarangkot car park. So since hari masih gelap we had to use our torch light to get ahead. From the car park the hike begins by climbing steep stone steps yg macam di Batu Caves.
Along the way to the view point you will pass by houses, lodges, cafes and other view points lower than the watch tower. Nak masok ke watch tower kena bayar a small fee. Kalau tak silap about 100Npr. The hike from the car park to the watch tower took us about 30 minutes. Takde mendatar. Uphill all the way up!
Masa nak naik ni kena hati2 dan consentrate on your langkah sebab orang ramai nak naik dan berebut2 nak sampai dulu. Path boleh tahan sempit tambahan lagi dah la gelap. Make sure bangun pagi2 dan bertolak dr hotel before 04:30 untuk elakkan dr matahari keluar dulu sebelum uols sampai. Kalau sampai lambat tak sempat nak tengok pertunjukkan laser ciptaan Allah. Hehehehe...gurau jah!
Sepanjang perjalanan ke atas nnt ramai cafe2 owner akan ajak singgah di tempat dorang to have breakfast or coffee and view the sunrise fron their rooftop. Tak kurang jugak yg cuba jual pashmina and other crafts to tourists yg macam lipas kudung macam tak cukup tanah mendaki di Sarangkot.
For photography buffs dont bother to set your tripod when you reached the top cos the lights will come from everywhere in the sky and you would want to catch everything right? Kadang2 awan yg jd penghalang so keep your eyes glued to the sky and the moment the sky changes colour get ready and shoot. Lagi satu terlalu ramai tourists di sini dan besar kemungkinan nnt tripod kena sepak sbb semua mcm hilang akal jah when the sunrise begins. Mostly yg buat perangai mcm ni yg dtg dr this particular continent. Cakap kuat gile...padahal kawan dia dok sebelah die jah...Terok!
OK enough of that...jom layan gambar yg tak seberapa ni...kalau ade kekurangan mintak maaf hoccay...peace!

Salam semua, sibuk sikit belum sempat baca thread ni.
Saya nak ke Nepal. Nak tahu tentang visa for Malaysian. Pls siapa yang dah pernah buat.
1. Consulate Nepal ada di KL kan?
2. How long does it take?
3. berapa harga?
4. Boleh tak minta mana mana travel agents buatkan atau kena pegi sendiri.

nnt bila dah ok sket lela akan buat trip report on the other hikes..
tapi hike2 tu semua day hike or 2 days hike saje..
dan skarang ni nak edit gambar pun tak berapa nak sempat..
by next week i should be ok..the long flight home was tiring...
kena catch up on sleep lagi

melur lela was there for 3 weeks..
the reason was that we wanted to prepare and find out more about the everest trip
tapi last2 bila tgh cari guide and after interviewing a few jumpa la our guide and we like him very much
and he suggested to do the annapurna sanctuary..
ape lagi...kami ngap je la offer dia..
i will do my calculations and let you know sbb kami ulang alik ke ktm-pkr-ktm 2 kali..
so budjet utk hike saje i will work it out and let you know
kalau nak buat ABC for 8 days like me USD1,000 will cover you the hike to ABC all in plus accommodation in Pokhara for that few days incase you wanna unwind there, also about 3 days in kathmandu which can cover bhaktapur, patan and nagarkot. so in total USD1,000 tu cukup lah utk 13 to 14 days in nepal. mind youjgn la stay kat hotel yg ade star. backpackers je and as for the mountains leave it to your guide.
