Rihanna Gets Kicked Out Of Mosque After Posing For Pictures

If you follow Rihanna on Instagram, you’re fully aware she loves her impromptu photoshoots. A recent one, though, has gotten herself in hot water.

During a concert stop in the Middle East, RiRi found some time for a little sightseeing. Dressed in traditional Muslim garb, she visited a mosque in Abu Dhabi. Gotta give the girl credit for at least wearing a hijab. Typically, the “Pour It Up” singer wears practically nothing. But even with her attempt to adhere to local customs, Rihanna still managed to get herself kicked out of the sacred institution for violating its sanctity.

“The Centre strives to ensure that visitors enter the mosque in a decent fashion, and refrain from behaving in any way that is inconsistent with the sanctity of this religious place,” reads the statement.

Rihanna posted the pictures to her Instagram before receiving the boot. She even jokingly captioned one photo featuring unidentified women, “B*tch stole my look.” Oh, RiRi ;)

Popstar Rihanna was asked to leave an Abu Dhabi mosque because she did not have permission for a photoshoot, it emerged today.
Staff at Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque say they asked the singer to leave the compound after her actions were considered to be at odds with the 'sanctity' of the site.
Photos posted on her Instagram account at the weekend show the 25-year-old posing on white marble wearing a head-to-toe hooded black jumpsuit.
