Hi I have Mozilla on my laptop, windows 7. In the last couple of days, a tab will crash. This is not all the time and I do not know what to do.
I have Norton Security and it is ok. Please advise.

what you can do :
1- try uninstall and install the latest version.
2- check all add-ons if compatible. remove the un-necessary add-ons/plugins.
3- use Add-Ons "Session Manager". this will keep your tabs recorded and recover it if they crash.
other options :
download, install and run this : https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/ (restart is required).
maybe you can use a different browser such as Maxthon and Opera.
