MEE HOON / MEE SIAM GORENG SIMPLE AND SEDAP

Salam and morninggg. Today kita rajin nak share resepi mee hoon goreng pulak. Since ni signature menu kami... senang org dtg goreng ni je... sedap and kenyang.. and pastinya mudah
RESEPI
Mee hoon sebungkus
Lada kering- satu mangkuk kecil, rendam and buang biji
Ikan bilis - segengam or satu bekas cawan
Udang kering - sebungkus yg beli kat kedai tu
Udang basah - Rm2 yg kecik2
Bawang putih - 4-5 ulas
Bawang Merah - 2biji besar - 4biji kecil
(Semua diatas ni di blender ya)
Then,
Udang biasa
Fish cake
Kucai
Taugeh
Tauhu
Taucho
Sos cili or tomato
garam secukup rasa
serbuk perasa maggi je dah
Cara cara tumis:
Minyak ikut anggaran
Tumis lada dulu, pastu dah gelegak... masuk bahan lain semuanya. semua sekali lah.. api jgn besar sgt, sedang je, dah gelegak tu...bismillah tau... pastu masukkam bahan lain, best tunggu bila dah wangi pastu masukkan udang basah, fish cake
gaul mee tu sampai rata and agak dah lembut pastu masuk tauhu, kucai taugeh.. then.. wallaaaa.. jemput makan.
Hiasan :
Tauhu goreng sikit, kucai fresh and lada hiris
ps : make sure mee tu di rendam bfr goreng at least 2hr sampai dia kembang.. so bila goreng x keras

Goreng bihun masih tak berjaya sepenuhnya.. Hahahaha.. Masih tak pandai nak agak byk mana nak goreng |

Goreng bihun masih tak berjaya sepenuhnya.. Hahahaha.. Masih tak pandai nak agak byk mana nak gore ...
utk mudah setiap sebungkus klu nk goreng bahan2 sukatan ikut paras mangkuk.. yg sedang tu or ikut instinct |

Boleh cubalah nanti...nampak senang jugak.
sebenarnya masak apa pun akan sedap.. crucial part ia tumis time. kena betul garing or wangi |

Aku mmg suka bihun dr mee kuning, nk lg lembut utk bihun goreng, bihun tu celur dulu then bilas balik bawah air paip..mmg lembut aje + kacau pun x payah nak lama mcm bihun yg cuma rendam air sejuk sampai kembang tu |
