Shin Woo-Yeo (Jang Ki-Yong) is a handsome and smart professor. He is also a 999 year old nine-tailed fox. To become a human, he collects human energy in a bead. Soon, he is set to become a human.
Meanwhile, Lee Dam (Hyeri) is a university student. One day, her drunk friend falls asleep on top of an expensive car. She apologizes to Shin Woo-Yeo, who is the car owner. While Lee Dam struggles to take her friend away, Shin Woo-Yeo gives her a hand. An accident happens that changes their fate. Shin Woo-Yeo's bead falls out of his mouth and Lee Dam unintentionally swallows it. The bead can exist inside of a human for no more than 1 year and, afterwards, the bead will break inside of that person. This will cause Lee Dam to die and Shin Woo-Yeo will lose his chance to become a human. Shin Woo-Yeo explains to Lee Dam their predicament and suggests that they should live together until they figure out a solution.
Lee Dam, who has never had a boyfriend in her life, now lives with Shin Woo-Yeo.

heyri ni ada rumah dia , mak dia pi New York - mak dia kot ade NY working as editor dalam magazine fashion cam tu lah manakala ayah dia kite tak tahu , so tinggalah dia ni dengan another guy - Do wan ni - rumah tu ialah rumah yg kita pernah tengok dalam k drama TOTNT sebijik, tak berubah hahahaah
so dia ni pelajar college dan hang out with her friends lah , satu malam kawan dia , a guy mabuk sebab broken hearted cam tu lah , dan dia disoriented dan buat hal kat tepi kete mamat ni ( THE GUMIHO )
so ade sikit minor accident / physical interaction di mana Heyri nak terjatuh ke atas jalan dan terpegang gumiho nyer upper abs sebab nak berpaut kat dia lah , reflex lah di mana Hyeri ended up tertepuk abdomen atas gumiho lalu bead dalam abdomen GUMIHO tu terkeluar dan somehow terbang ke mulut hyeri dan Hyeri ( Li Dam ) dah tertelan . So ep 1 it is more to her arrangement in moving out to GUMIHO's house. hehehehe
lagi satu babak kelakar ialah the gumiho dikatakan alumnus Seungkyunkwan ( Song Joong Ki's university ) dan ketika zaman joseon dia pernah involved lah dengan wanita etc, dan dia pernah rapat dengan seorang minah ni ( ni minah ni i tatau nama dia , belum hafal lagi ) tapi muka dia dalam citer k drama My familiar wife - daughter of a bank tycoon tu ...yups.
so , nice graphic ekor depa - cute gebusssssss hahahhaha
So , bil kessokan paginyer Hyeri bangun dan mendapati dirinya di rumah GUMIHO dan sesi breaking the ice tu funny lah hahahah, yes lah manakan minah tu nak percaya ia gumiho depannya so yes...nice cantik lah graphic tu.

Hyeri ni funny sebab , instead of ramai agdis tergila mamat ni, this one mengelak macam nak rak hahahah

kawan Li Dam the gal tu familiar juga sebab i tengok citer ayah gangster tu ter swich dalam badan budak lelaki sekolah high school..hey dude kot tajuknya yg Ran Mi Ran berlakon tu ....best
so far i want to watch this sebab nice character deve;lopment dia steady paced, tak banyak trigerring evenst lagi walaupun ade here and there hints yg ade kematian manusia di lokasi tertent u di Seoul
kuasa GUMIHO tu yg cuba selamatkan all the fragile ming ceramics or China from Hyeri - hahaha scene Heyri nak muntah seab mabuk hung over kan ....so dia nak cari macam chamber pots lah nak wek wek...so hahaha funny

dan babak yg sweet when she learnt aa few more about hsi background - oh Li Dam kebenatullany art history major so ....dia nak jadi curator museum hahahah best so dia ternampak basement kawasan rumah GUMIHO tu termenyala lampu so dia pun pi masuk dan explore . She didn't know that te door knob wasnt working well so , they both like locked in lah , time tu dia dibawa GUMHO tu exploring his artefacts or arts ? scientitic collections - that was nice and then she realised something about him...
oh the beads absorb energy dari badan perumah/ host and host akan mati , so sebab tu kena retrieve the bead before 12 months , bead tu tukar colour maksudnya gumiho tu ade potential revert to human form.
so Hyeri ta tahu tang part ni - dan ini pun dirahsiakan oleh gumiho
cuma heyri tahu yg dia akan mati if > 12 months
this lady was a gumiho and she is funny - dia tak faham metaphorical language hahahaha
best ke cerita ni...
tak tau nak tgk drama apa sekarang... bnyk mula tgk tapi bertahan separuh jalan je.. espescially yg theme fantasy yg ada goblin ka.. grim reaper ke.. deity ka..
Banyak berlaku yg naturally common sense - dan pandai pulak plot ni follow common sense yg logik.

- then they speculated that she did something so morally bad - scene gaduh depan rumah dan dalam rumah tu best
- tapi i tak faham why she was so upset about him erasing the memories of both her bro and that guy - betullah
- Seo Gwo - that guy tu jahat ye - dia betting isk teruk.
Dan that lady human - gumiho somehow nampak 'simplistic'tapi she is quite bright jugak , dia pandai bagi nasihat hmm..

Tapi kan, i rasa the lady gumiho - cum - human tu agak manipulative ke atau dia memang suka kat GUMIHO as more than a friend? sebab she seemed comfy with him and sometimes she is making him understand the subtleties in the human realms ni - like communication, emotions dan i tak sure why she is damn curious about Lee Dam sangat - na ata envy tak envy tu , and dia kekadang baik pulak pre warned him about not getting too attached but ..at the same time minah ni juga dok teasing yg dia tak pandai pun boleh jadi human cepat lagi dari mamat GUMIHO Ni...so i am a bit curious about her role in this drama.
walaupun dia dah human - ada saki baki power ke yang dia still ada ability to detect Lee Dam yg menyamar tu as bukan Lee Dam yang sebenar kan?
dan dia nak pi sekolah , hahaha ni kelakar dan GUMIHO tu cakap dia ambik masa 80 tahun nak hafal chinese characters ? ( ada hati nak pi sekolah tu )
OKAY guys kat sini i perasan yg may be this time the Koreans are fighting back with their snide comments on Chinese Culture sebab kan kontroversi dalam beberapa siri K drama bebaru ni kan ? yg Satu cancelled dan ada satu dua drama dikatakan menyimpang dari sejarah Joseon Korea yg asal. So, now depa macam perli perli je.

Tapikan setelah dok tengok citer gumiho2 ni - menarik juga ye dalam folklore legenda depa mythology depa - yg keinginan gumiho nak jadi human as one of the ultimate goal tu i tal faham bukan ke kononnya depa ni gumiho ade dinaugerahkan dengan keistimewaan tertentu bagai , then alih alih u nak jadi human yang mortal , hehehe
