Lose weight without sports

Do you think it's realistic to lose weight without sports? I can't go to the gym because my doctor told me not to, but my weight is very high now and I feel very bad. I try to eat right and healthy food, but my weight is not lost. I'm desperate.

I had a similar problem, I also wanted to lose weight but couldn't exercise. But I believe it is possible to lose weight without exercise, and I did. You can just eat right, that's all. That was enough for me. |

try doing intermittent fasting and easy keto diet. For me, I do 16 hours fasting and when break fast, I did not eat rice or bread. I only eat fish, eggs and vegetables. You can eat lots of that actually. really good progress from 58 kg - 53 kg in about one weeks only. Very obvious inch loss. But I include exercise in my routine, but Intermittent fasting is really good diet programme.
I've try calorie counting before and its good too but the progress a little bit slow, but no harm. Even small progress is still a good progress actually.
Good luck! |

Losing weight without sports is doable! One thing that’s helped me is watching what I eat and ensuring I’m mindful of portion sizes. It’s all about finding a balance that works for you. Also, I find that Caffeine gives me that extra pushto stay alert and energetic throughout the day. I’ll have coffee or tea to keep me going and curb cravings. Another tip is to try to stay active in small ways—like taking the stairs instead of the elevator or going for short walks. Little changes can make a big difference over time. Remember, it’s about making sustainable changes that fit your lifestyle. |
