Cara untuk mengurangkan tidur

Adakah terdapat cara yang berkesan untuk mengurangkan tidur? Saya telah mengamalkan budaya tidur yang terlalu lama, antara10-12 jam setiap hari. Jelas sekali ini adalah satu pembaziran masa yang keterlaluan. Saya target untuk kurangkan tidur sehingga 4-5 jam sehari untuk meningkatkan produktiviti ( kerja dan pembelajaran ).
Setiap tips daripada tuan-tuan sangatlah dihargai. Wassalam.

Hemm..biasanyer, kalau saya nak bertahan mlm esp untuk siapkan assignment or study, I will take coffee. Sampai pukul 2 pagi pun tahan gak.

sebab malas nak nak pk
hurmm tapi kalau kena study mmg saya paksa tak tido
icahn try lah cari something to do
mesti tak tido
ni mesti tak der benda nak buat..

Tak ada cara lain yang paling berkesan melainkan you kena kerap execise,kurangkan pengambilan makanan yang berkalori tinggi dan cuba disiplinkan diri.Elakkan juga dari bangun tidur secara terkejut.Good luck :hatdown:

As an adult, we only need approximately 7-8 hours of quality sleep.
So,no matter at what time u go to bed, or at what particular time u wake up, u must fullfil this 7-8 hours requirement.

Some advise to have a better,quality sleep:
-Try to have a constant time to sleep.(so it's difficult for those who work in shift)
-Take a short nap at the afternoon, about 30min to 1 hour sleep.
-Don't take to much food after 8pm, means that our dinner should be a simple, easily digested food.
-Avoid caffeinated drinks after 8pm(if u are the type that sensitive to caffein)
--have a nice bed with supportive pillow.

suka baca topic ni. Saya tidur ikut musim sekarang ni.. dulu masa muda2 undergrad sebab study tido dalam pukul 12, lepas dah keje, malas nak jaga malam... saya pulak jenis tak minat sangat menonton TV... lepas isyak terus tidor.. kekadang tak boleh tidur gak kalau badan tak penat.. tapi baring2 rehatkan badan..

Sekarang duduk negara 4 musim, masuk tidur ikut musim. Kalau summer, waduh isyak lambat kenalah tidur lambat bangun awal.. mengantuk bila pagi.. saya pula jenis susah nak tidur siang. bila winter, siang pendek, ha mulalah saya tidur lama.. sebab pukul 6 dah lepas isyak..  Tidur ni antara nikmat yang paling kuhargai..
