RESEPI UTK LEBIHAN PUTIH TELUR

Ada tak resepi utk lebihan puteh telur.biskut raya yg trajet buat kebanyakkannya menggunakan kuning telur.lebihan dia nak buat apa yek.. takkan nak buang gitu aje...

Err.. ada satu kuih dia pakai putih telur je.. aku panggil kuih tu biskut kelapa .. rupa bulat bulat.. rasa macam kuih dangai. Dia pakai putih telur sebab nak bagi lekat kelapa kering, gula, tepung etc tu..
Nanti aku carik resepi dia kat rumah eh |

Lebihan egg whites pas wat tart ngan kek lapis yg berpuluh2 bijik tu aku ada campur wat nasik goreng, kuih kodok (tambah ngan whole egg la), sup sayur, tu pun masih ada lebih gak lagik...banyak plak tu...
So aku pukul ngan gula icing + cream of tartar sket, tpg jagung sket ja....masuk dalam piping bag wat kulit siput yg kat taman banyak tu (nak sebut geli la plak he he)....bakar sampai keras...celup 1/2 dalam melted chocolate yg mmg ada lebih tu (ada yg orange, mint flavour...stroberi and plain dark chocolate)...kasi sejuk jap dapat satu balang penuh...aku bagik kat nursery dkt umah aku...kejap ja abis oleh budak2 kat situ...
Seb baik tak masuk lubang sinki...sayang ja... |

saya ada 2 resepi utk lebihan putih telur,copy dari internet je
BISKUT KERACIS (Leen)
Ingredients :
5 egg whites
1 cup sugar
8 cups cornflakes
1 cup peanuts ~ fry without oil and roll coarsely using a rolling pin
1 cup desiccated coconut
colored sugar decors/sugar sprinkles
Method :
1. Beat egg white till stiff.
2. Add in sugar bit by bit while continue beating till thick. Leave aside.
3. In another bowl, crush the cornflakes and mix with peanuts and desiccated coconut.
4. Pour in the egg mixture and mix till well combined. The mixture must be slightly wet. Cover the bowl to avoid the mixture from drying.
5. Scoop a bit of the mixture using a teaspoon and place on a tray layered with grease proof paper.
6. Press with a fork to get a thin piece of cookie and decorate with the colored sugar decors/sugar sprinkles.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 C till done.
8. Leave to cool completely and store in an air tight container.

Rainbow Egg White Lapis
Ingredients
500g egg white
250g white sugar
250g plain flour }original is 300g plain flour
50g self-raising flour }
60ml evaporated milk (original is coconut milk)
100ml melted butter (original is oil)
1tsp vanilla essence (not in the original recipe)
a few drops of red and green colouring
4 pitted dates/prunes or slivered almonds for sprinkling on last layer
Method
1. Beat egg white till bubbly, add sugar little by little and beat till stiff
2. Sift in flour and gently stir into egg white mixture
3. Add milk and melted butter together and pour slowly into egg+flour mixture, mix slowly till well blended
4. Divide batter into 3 leaving one original and the other 2 with the respective colours
5. Pour one scoop batter into a lined and greased loaf baking tin and baked in a 175C preheated oven for 7-10min till brown
6. Change oven mode to grill and increase temperature to 200C
7. Pour 1 scoop of green and grill till the top turns slightly brown, then pour 1 scoop of red over the green. Repeat till you finished all the batter.
8. On the last layer, either sprinkle slivered almonds or prunes or date and grilled till brown then change the oven to baking mode and bake till cake is cooked.

TELUR KUKUS
Bahan
1 mangkuk putih telur
3 s/b air
1 pokok daun bawang [racik]
2 tangkai cili merah [hiris]
1 s/b lobak asin [cincang halus]
garam
Cara
1. Gaulkan semua bahan dan masukkan dalam pinggan tahan panas.
2. Kukuskan selama 20 minit.
3. Angkat dari kukusan dan hidangkan semasa panas dengan nasi putih.
