PANDUAN SUKATAN DAN UKURAN

:: TIMBANGAN BERAT ::

600 gm = 1 kati
300 gm = 8 tahil
150 gm = 4 tahil
450 gm = 1 paun
25 gm = 1 auns



:: UKURAN PANJANG ::

2.5 cm = 1 inci
5.0 cm = 2 inci
25.0 = 10 inci



:: ISIPADU ::

1 sudu besar tepung = 30 gm = 1 auns
1 sudu besar gula = 30 gm = 1 auns
1 sudu besar mentega = 30 gm = 1 auns
1 sudu besar = 15 ml
1 sudu teh = 5 ml
1 liter = 41/2 cawan
250 ml = 1/2 pain



:: SUHU KETUHAR ::

Amat panas = 230 - 240 darjah C
Panas = 200 - 220 darjah C
           = 400 - 425 darjah F

Sederhana = 180 - 190 darjah C
                  = 350 - 375 darjah F

Perlahan = 150 - 170 darjah C
               = 300 - 325 darjah F

C = celcius
F = Fahrenheit


:: SUKATAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN CAWAN ::

1 cawan serbuk roti = 50 gm = 2 auns
1 cawan kelapa parut = 90 gm = 3 auns
1 cawan serbuk biskut = 125 gm = 4 auns
1 cawan kacang tanah [hancur] = 125 gm = 4 auns
1 cawan tepung = 140 gm = 41/2 auns

Dah lama dah saya dok cari camana nak convert sukatan dalam tahil yg mak2 kita dok guna tu..

mak saya dok bg resepi, setahil agar2 la..manaaaa la den nak tau, nak timbang macam mana :lol

1 oz is 28gm.

1lb is 454gm.

1 cawan tepung = 140gm kalau tak diayak.

Tepung yang diayak 1 cawan = 115gm.

Substitutions :
1 cup cake flour = 7/8 cup all-purpose flour + 1/8 cup cornstarch

1 tablespoon baking powder = 2 teaspoons baking soda + 1 teaspoon cream of tartar

1 cup buttermilk = 1 scant cup milk at room temperature + 1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 cup brown sugar = 1 cup white sugar + 2 tablespoons molasses/honey)

1 cup sour cream = 1 cup yogurt (full fat if possible)

nak kongsi gak information

epal segar ->1 paun=3 cwn epal yg tlh dipotong @3 biji epal
serbuk penaik -> 1 ounce=2 1/2 sudu makan
serbuk soda -> 1 ounce=2 sudu makan
pisang-> 1 paun= 21/2 cwn pisang yg tlh dikupas/3 biji pisang bersaiz sederhana
berry -> 1 quartz= 3 1/2 cawan
butter/marjerin -> 1/4 paun = 1/2 cwn
                         -> 1 paun= 2 cwn

hari tu me buat kek, dia minta 1 1/4liter...
pening.. seach internet pun tak jumpa berapa sukatan kalau cup..
sbb me cuma ada cup measuring aje...

ari tu pegi jusco ,tengok measuring jug 1 cup=200ml...pening jugak akak,sebab setahu akak pun 1 cup=250 ml:hmm:

Sorry kalau dah ada utk pertanyaan saya nih..kalau :

1 cup butter = _____ gm butter (mcm exam fill in the blanks pulak)

Saya paling tak gemar bila resipi in cawan..sbb kalau sukatan butter tu mmg saya fail..dulu pernah try sukat butter dgn cwn..last kek jadi too oily..
