Buli Dtempat Kije.....itu Topik perbincangan kite pd hari ni.Watever ade byk cerita nak berkongsi dgn u guys semua.Watever pun ade pengalaman sendiri nak kongsi dgn U all bkenaan kes2 Buli kat ofis ni....Aduh!!...Hati tgh sakit babes...Tuhan saje yg Tahu....Korang mula dulu ok......

.Its a Serius Problem ni...Must Learn 2 defend urself....Mcm LindaOnnnye kes....Aik ke situ pulak??...Ehehehe....Cth Kes selebriti kenaBuli....at t Work Place....

aku setakat nie tak pernah kene buli....

sebab kene buli - ader org yg lebey berkuasa dlm opis korang...-kes nie aku tak pandai dan tak leh nak nak bg pendapat... sebab maybe aku pon surrender dlm hal macamnie

sebab kene buli - oleh geng2 poyo kat opis.. kes macam nie... plss do hav self respect to urself.. jgn lembik sgt... kl tak boleh.. katakan TIDAK/ TAK NAK / TAK MAHU.. and then diorg tau kita tegas dan ader self respect.... then baru lah org ;eh respeck urself and ur space

oorg yg selalu kene buli ni org yg lemah, manja,kera sumbang dan kurang popular..

setuju gak dengan pendapat Miss nie...lagi satu orang yang lembab dan tak cergas memang selalu kena buli, orang yang payah nak paham apa yang diajar oleh orang lain........

tapi satu satu hal "istilah buli dipejabat" maknanya amat berlainan...kalau sampai tahap kerja orang atas staff bawah kena buat itu baru nama kena buli tapi kalau orang bawah lebih pandai dari orang atas lain lah kisahnya.....

apa-apa hal kat opis jangan menampakkan diri tu lembab sangat...buat kerja tu cergas sikit lah !!!!!!!! tak paham tanya...

aku selalu ajer buli budak2 baru kat tempat aku.. hehehehe.. buka aper, kalau tak buat mcm tu..dorang tak ader respect kat senior.. keje pun kelam kabut.. so far aku tgk, bila kena treatment mcm tue.. keje tak ader problem..

betul pendapat u tu, memang bagi tepat punya sifat sifat org yang senang dibuli.... kurang popular, kera sumbang, and slow nak faham, i can vouch for this 100 percent, sebab apa? sebab aku memang ada sifat sifat ini. and all my life, aku memang dibuli..... and kadang kadang rasanya macam minta dibuli.......(how sick is that) but thats me..... hheheheh

Well....when it comes to bullying....1 thing yg u should know is that NO ONE DESERVES 2 BE PUSHED AROUND!!...Itu hak kite sbg manusia.Manusia ade maruah diri,...and its all up 2 u 2 STAND UP 4 urself ....

Tapi biase la, lumrah kehidupan.....yg bKUASA akan tetap menganiaya yg LEMAH,...yg KAYA akan tetap mengHINA yg miskin....yg PANDAI akan tetap pandang rendah pd yg BODOH!!....

Bullying at t work place ni lain la kalu nak bandingkan dgn kat sekolah.Tapi kesannye memang serius kalu tak pandai handle.Dari high self-esteem or self-esteem...yg kurang skit mcm watever....bleh hilang terus self-esteem tu.....Mcm tu la....kesan negatif pd diri Watever yg kena buli kat opis hak petiuh3 ni....

1)...SUPERVISOR2 TAK GUNA BUAT2 mcm WATEVER TAK WUJUD....baru 1st week kije situ dah TUNJUK LAGAK yg mMUALkan..!! Sebelum ni watever kije tempat lain....Supervisor semua ok2 jer...skurang2 nye ade la jgk die org perkenalkan watever kat officemate2 lain....new staff la katakan.....Ini tak...kat Opis...Hak Petiuh3 ni....Watever kena IGNORE habis....1st day dah kena dah mcm ni.Patut ke??.....NOT!!....Dah tu kalu nak cakap dgn watever pun tak tgk muke watever...!!!.....:@....Bile watever tegur..mcm tu la watever kena...Kalu korang sudi tak nak bbual dgn org yg buat perangai mcm ni kat muke korang??...Dah 2 bulan kije sini...Time2 ade KIJE jer baru die org nampak watever, baru nak tegur!!...Memang rase mcm kena GUNA abis la!!....Ingat watever ni TONG SAMPAH KE??...Bile ade sampah baru nampak TONG SAMPAH!!!!.......:@

All because of that Watever rase mcm HINA sgt!!!...

2)....Tak pasal2 hari tu 1st time buat kije tu...baru nak belajar....DAH KENA MAKI HAMUN!!...KENA TENGKING HABIS-HABISAN!!...2 Org pulak tu yg MAKI HAMUN watever....DEPAN2 officemates lain semua....!!....patut ke mcm ni???...Biler watever nak bg tanye part2 yg watever tak paham...LAGI TERUK KENA tengking!!...Sampai watever tak bleh nak FOKUS pd kije tu....Sebab die org TENGKING KUAT SGT!!!!........

...Patut ke??...Nasib baik watever tak nangis.!!..Sebab watever tak hingin nak nangis because of them!!!...S**L BTUL!!

Kadang2....watever pun tak sedar yg watever dibuli.Takper memang normal mcm tu dekat tempat kije sebab ade mcm2 cara mmBULI...Antara karektor2 PEMBULI dTEMPAT KIJE ialah spt dbwh:
