klu x silap, forex is illegal in malaysia.. dr segi hukum, kene re-check balik dgn ustaz2 yg celik sket pasal sistem kewangan..ko tanya ustad yg xda background saham ni, susah sket nak menerang.

ok laaa...macam niiii

forex illegal kat malaysia in term.. bank negara x de bagi kebenaran utk syarikat broker utk forex tuu.. tapi kalo retail forex... mean ko main sendiri.. tapi broker kat offshore.. macam interbank fx ke???  fxcm ker... mmg bolehh...

yg penting nyerr.. bank negara x benarkan any syarikat lesen amik duit org utk berforexxx...kalo amik duit orang utk berforex.. ko leh kene denda maksimum 10 juta...ni aku x tipu

so ko nak main sendiriii... bolehh x de hall.. ko jual beli sendirii.. yg salahnyee amik duit org utk berforex.. bank negara x benarkannnnnnn.. tu dah kirenya investmenttt kalo ko amik duit org.. dah macam skim pak man telo.. swisscash semuaa..

yg banyak main forex nii.. semua broker offshore... bile nak keluar duit kene wiretransfer ke akaun penerima  ke malaysia..

forex nii kene main sendiriiiiiiiiiiiii.... kalo ko bagi duit kat org utk main forex.. tu kire dah melaburr... kat malaysiaaaa x de lesen  ko x leh amik duit org utk melabur dlm forexx...

BNM boleh bg lesen kalu cukup syarat. Kebanyakn kompeni forex ni, kecik2. Ada tu paid up capital RM2 je. Kalau boleh sediakan cagaran berbillion ringgit, boleh amik lesen ni. Cam bank2.. boleh trade forex sbb ada lesen.

Cagaran ni penting utk jaga kepentingan client. BNM wat sesuatu sekatan adalah utk jaga kepentingan pengguna. Nak trade\ forex gak, gi ler cari Amanah Butler kat KL.
