rambut gugur lepas bersalin

hi, saya nak tanya masalah yang saya hadapi ni...lepas 4 bulan lps bersalin, rambut i gugur teruk....
setiap hari bila sikat, boleh kata dapat dalam satu gemgam...
sakit hati tengok rambut gugur gitu...
lepas saya suft kat internet, forum all i know it's normal...
but ada tak any product or cara nak bagi kurangkan sikit keguguran rambut...bcoz if not i think jadik botak la kut...

ni musti you kurang minum susu atau kurang makanan berprotein lepas deliver.

saya lum kawin...tapi, apa yg saya pernah dgr or baca...
itu normal...sbb anak tgh main dgn air liur...
bila lps anak umur 7/8 bulan..dia dh tak main air liur,
so, rambat akan kembali pulih spt biasa.

aku masa banak 1st x la teruk mcm skang neh.. teruk gak gugur.. klu dlm bilik air pas basuh.. makk aaaiiiii... takut tgk nye..

betul tuh..normal lar neh..
my son skang neh tengah main air liur..sket2 menyembur..siap ade bunyi2 lg...so kiut...
ceh makin banyak lar rambut ibumu neh gugur...
ade satu produk neh..tp sy lupa lak namanyer..kalo sy ingat nanti sy bagitau...

sebab kurang minum air dan protein kah tarabas?
lepas ni kuminum banyak banyak air....tak tahan ooo rambut gugur helai demi helai...

sbnrnya, mmg normal utk ibu lps bersalin alami situasi ni...it's actually related to the hormonal changes..nak explain lebih2 pon x reti...tp secara kebetulan, wktu rambut kita mula gugur, time tu lah baby punya development pulak duk menyembur2 air liur(org tua2 ckp baby sembur air liur sbb tu rambut kita gugur-mitos je)...

sy pon dah alami rmbut gugur teruk last 2 months waktu alysha 4 bulan..mmg teruk sgt...dahtu kulit kepala asik gatal je...decide potong rambutku yg panjang itu tros kasi layered pendek but then still gugur...tukar few shampoos pon same result...then terbaca kat satu forum tu dia suggest guna shampoo sunsilk hairfall control(botol kaler gold) n i'm using that now..alhamdulillah...still gugur tapi takla banyak sangat...setakat gugur 3-4 helai je tiap kali sikat rambut compared to berpuluh2 helai before...at the same time, i've started to take calcium magnesium tablets to ensure better calcium absorption...

Eh hairfall after delivery is due to hormone changed!!!

Nothing sebab anak main air liur ke, tak minom susu ke. Thats nonsense!

Q: I had a C-Section 6 months before. From past few months after my delivery there is severe hair fall for me. Please let me know how can I stop this.? Thankyou.

A: It is totally normal to experience hair loss after giving birth or after nursing. Some women also experience hair loss after stopping birth control pills. This is because all these factors cause a change in your hormonal balance, preventing or reducing hairfall during pregnancy. As a result this 'backlog' of hair that should have fallen out but didn't, falls out now. Hairfall will gradually decrease on its own.

Significant hairfall can occur shortly after delivery. This condition is called Telogen Effluvium. Complete recovery will take place 3 to 6 months after delivery without any treatment.

A typical example of telogen effluvium is seen after pregnancy. In this condition women lose a significant amount of hair a few months after delivery when the protective effect of estrogen is removed. This shedding usually stops spontaneously and these patients will re-grow hair after 3 months.

Approximately 90% of your hair is growing at any one time, while the other 10% enter a resting phase. Every two to three months the resting hair falls out and allows new hair to grow in its place. Telogen effluvium is the excessive shedding of hair that occurs one to five months following pregnancy. This is not uncommon, affecting somewhere between 40 to 50% of women; but like most changes during pregnancy, it is temporary.

Is there abnormal hair loss during pregnancy?
Hair loss that is connected to pregnancy usually occurs after delivery. During pregnancy, an increased number of hairs go into the resting phase, which is part of the normal hair loss cycle. This condition is not serious enough to cause bald spots or permanent hair loss, and should begin to diminish within 3-4 months after delivery. If you feel that you are experiencing unusual hair loss while you are pregnant, this may be due to a vitamin or mineral deficiency.

Why do people talk about hair loss and pregnancy?
The most common period of hair loss occurs approximately three months after delivery. The rise in hormones during pregnancy keeps you from losing your hair. After delivery, the hormones return to normal levels, which allows the hair to fall out and return to the normal cycle. The normal hair loss that was delayed during pregnancy may fall out all at once.

Up to 60% of your hair that is in the growth state may enter into the telogen resting state. The hair loss usually peaks 3-4 months after delivery as your hair follicles rejuvenate themselves. As noted before, this hair loss is temporary and hair loss returns to normal within six to twelve months.

Can hair loss be related to other reproductive health issues?
Hair loss can be triggered by anything that involves a change in the estrogen hormone balance in your system. Hair loss may result from any one or more of the following:

Discontinuation of birth control pills or any other hormonal type of birth control method
- Miscarriage or stillbirth
- Abortion
- A hormonal imbalance

The Positive Side of Pregnancy and Your Hair:
During pregnancy there is an increase in the level of estrogen hormones. Estrogen causes hair to remain in the growing phase and stimulates the growth of your hair. While you are pregnant, you should expect a full luxurious head of hair.

Aku baru nak buka thread pasal ni, cek2 dah ada rupanya.. Apa kaitannya anak main air liur dengan rambut mak nya pulak gugur? Wife aku lepas 5 bulan deliver, sekarang hadapi masalah ni. Mulanya masa 3 bulan, baby dah pandai sembur2 air liur, mak mertua aku kata, ni habislah gugur rambut bonda dia nanti. Aku x caya, sekrang, jadi betul2, banyak gila gugurnya, kat katil ada rambut, kat bilik air, kat ruang tamu, pendek kata, mana dia duduk mesti tinggalkan rambut, bukan sehelai 2. Sampaikan kat baby pun ada rambut jugak, risau baby makan rambut je.

So, biasanya sampai bila masalah ni jadi, kesian bini aku, lama2 botak dia..

a'ah mmg pun.peknen lagi.aku ps bersalin anak sulung aritu mmg gugur.sethn masalah dgn rambut gugur..pastu peknen ok ...skrg dh anak no 2 dh nk msk 8 bulan...tgh mslh skrg...rambut ku gugur kembali heheh

tp pas peknen lagi.tak kan nk peknen lagi heheh

samalah kita pon hadapi masalah yg sama.. 3 kali bersalin... 3 kali lah aku lalui masalah rambut gugur... maybe perubahan hormon dlm badan kita.. jgn risau.. insyaAllah rambut kita akan tumbuh balik seperti biasa...

hemm bleh refer kat posting katak kiut pasal hair loss..
