cara kurangan loan rumah

apa benarkah ada "rahsia" bagaimana nak kurangkang loan rumah dari 30th kepada kurang 10 thaun, sedang aku melayarai google aku terjumpa laman web ni (tapi sayang e-book plak)

actually...there's a way to kurangkn ur loan plus kurangkn ur tenor utk loan umah...this can be done only if u choose flexi loan from banks...u top up a few bucks every month (xtra payment), most likely ur interest amount will be reduced and also the tenor...

in short, its possible...

x payah la nak e-book ni..
senang jer..kuarkan duit epf/kwsp..
aku loan umah 15thun ngan bank..kuar duit kwsp 2x..terus clear
kurang 5thun lgi..

sepupu haku agi best..dia dump duit kwsp dia tiap2 tahun...sekarang tinggal lagi 4 tahun je..dia beli baru 4-5 tahun tak salah haku..

buat step 1-6, dlm masa 6-7 tahun boleh abis dah byr rumah.  aku dah setel, anda bila lagi...

No 1 tu, kalau buat forthnighty payment dengan daily rest tp monthly compounded, aku rasa tak membantu, tul tak. Kalau daily compounded, baru ok...sbb monthly compounded hanya kira interest secara bulanan dan daily compounded kira daily, then untung laa kalau kita buat 2 minggu sekali payment.

Lagi satu, no 3 tu bole terangkan lagi?...tak tau aa

dengar org kata, loan rumah seeloknya jgn melebihi 15 thn, kalau tak kita rugi banyak in long term. mcm aku, loan sampai 30 thn, pastu nak buat step2 mcm en tobby bagi cadangan tu, penjimatan mungkin tak sebanyak yg aku dpt kalau buat loan 15thn.... betul ke?

so kalau yang daily rest monthly compounded tu camner nak bayar supaya ada penjimatan? Sebab saya punya loan umah jenis yang camni. Harap membantu

senang cite kene bayar lebih tetiap bulan supaya interest yg dikenakan tu makin lama makin berkurangan..cuma cara/method nk bayar lebih tu, lu pikir la sendiri!
