"Customer Always Right" - Kenyataan Atau Khayalan ?

assalamualaikum...

since aku baru lagek kat sini..
apa kata kalau korang bertukar pandangan dan berkongsi pendapat...
atau pun nak ceritakan apa2 pengalaman korang sepanjang menjadi peniaga/pengusaha..

adakah prasa yg selalu disebut2kan di atas tu benar2 wujud...
atau adakah ianya hanya sekadar ungkapan penyedap perasaan sahaja..

silakan lar sesiapa yg sudi..

tgk customer la..

ada customer yg boleh jadi aset kita.. kita layan bagus, dia rekemen kengkawan shopping dgn kita.. org cam ni kena jaga bayek punya..

tapi klu customer kekwat tahap langit, tak kuasa le nak layan.. demand tinggi, nak ikut timing dia, takleh nak nego.. mentang mentang dia keluar duit, nak arahkan kita itu ini, kimsalam je la.. takde rezeki saya le dgn org cam ni.. huhu

masa aku kat foreign bank dulu ... bos aku ajar macam ni kalau client cakap 'customer is always right' .... 'yes sir, you are right ... but .....', so kau tambah ler tempat kosong tu dengan ayat yang sesuai.

yea, betul, cthnya semalam... (saya citer sebagai saya seorang customer)

saya appoint auditor utk audit accounts. tetiba tahun ni dia kasi sorang staf senior utk handle... oklah..

cuma yg tak ok tu, staff tu audit melampau-lampau, (mungkin sebab dia tak suka saya letak
personal expenses dlm akaun ... (suka hati akulah, bisnes aku, duit aku...)

anyway, 1st sms bila saya komplaint kat auditor, dia cuba back up staf dia dan kata, staf dia
profesional dan just doing what need to be done..

but, 2nd sms, saya text beritau, his cheque is ready, tapi kalau susah sangat audit macam ni,
next year saya ingat nak cari auditor lain...

dan, tak sampai 5 minit, staff dia sms saya.."puan, report puan dah siap, saya akan buat 10 set
dan hantar ke pejabat puan sebelum pukul 5pm hari ini"

customer, kalau dorang bayar... memang they have a right to be right

tapi kalau dorang banyak songeh, ... jangan dilayan.... sebab itu right anda sebagai peniaga..

customer is alwiz right, but not when they jeopordise ur bisnes!

tapikan....aku respect ar ngan org2 jepun...deorang ni kalo ngan customer layan mcm anak raja.....
kalo tunduk hormat tu mcm nak rebah sembah customer....rasa cam bangang pun ada gak rasanyer....
mgkn ni kot petua deorang maju....btul ker pandangan naif hamba ni ???

tapi kan biasak ah customer yg tak berapa nak byk duit dia yang berlagak hampeh tuh
kalau yg beto2 byk,ckit pun x de lagak
tong kosong memang kuat bunyinyer

stakat ni...yg konpom aku pangkah customer yg x right.....bdk2 dari vietnam.....
dah try sarung baju 4 5 helai...last2 x beli...panash2....
nak maki kang, takut hilang integriti aku sbg peniaga....sabau jer lerrr....

Kena bertolak ansur. Peniaga kena bagi perkhidmatan terbaik manakala pelanggan jangan over-over sangat kerana ada pelanggan yang giler ada mental problem mengamuk dan marah-marah maki hamun tak tentu pasal.
