That is why those behind the PKFZ scandal are not scared.They did not do anything wrong. They did not commit a crime. They justdid what the Cabinet knew all along they were doing and with the fullpermission of the Cabinet.

In Malaysia, Federal Cabinet papers and State EXCO papers areautomatically protected by the Official Secrets Act -- whether stampedRAHSIA or not. Of course, so are any other papers marked RAHSIA,Cabinet papers or otherwise -- which is why Ezam was found guilty andsentenced to two years jail when he had in his possession ACA (nowMACC) investigation papers related to Trade Minister Rafidah Aziz’scorrupt acts. And the irony of it all is that the ACA as well as theA-G had recommended that Rafidah be arrested and prosecuted althoughthis did not happen in the end because the Prime Minister did not allowit.
One of the reasons these papers are marked RAHSIA, other than forpurposes of national security, is to hide the corrupt acts of those whowalk in the corridors of power. What the public does not know can’thurt the public, is the warped logic of the government of the day.
What Malaysia needs is a Freedom of Information Act instead of theOfficial Secrets Act that we now have. Or at least classified papers(RAHSIA) not involving defence or national security should bedeclassified after, say, 15 or 20 years, so that the public will knowwhat went on behind the scenes in the corridors of power. (And itshould be the task of an independent Ombudsman-type committee that vetsthese papers and not the decision of just one man).
Well, Malaysia Today can’t wait for papers of public interest to bedeclassified or for the Official Secrets Act to be abolished andreplaced with a Freedom of Information Act. That is why, today, we arepublishing the ‘secret’ Cabinet papers related to the PKFZ scandal sothat Malaysians will know that the Cabinet had actually endorsed theentire fiasco.
There is no corruption involved in the PKFZ fiasco -- at least not asfar as the government is concerned. What happened was exactly what theCabinet wanted to happen. And that is why no action is being taken withregards to the RM12.5 billion disaster. It was no disaster. The Cabinetknew all along what was going on. And the Cabinet approved it.
That is why those behind the PKFZ scandal are not scared. They did notdo anything wrong. They did not commit a crime. They just did what theCabinet knew all along they were doing and with the full permission ofthe Cabinet.
By the way, you had better not print out these papers as the policemight arrest you and charge you under the Official Secrets Act.Tomorrow, we will reveal more. In the meantime take a look at thesefour pages. They reveal much as to why Malaysia is having to pay RM12.5billion of taxpayers’ money to enrich a few who walk in the corridorsof power, plus some of their cronies.
This is a Malay-Chinese ‘joint venture’ at its best involving those from Umno and MCA.

It is a great disappointment that the MCA Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) is not being used for a united MCA call for a Royal Commission of Inquiry into the RM12.5 billion Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) scandal to bring to book all MCA, Umno and Barisan Nasional leaders implicated in the “mother of all scandals”.
When former Finance Minister Tun Daim Zainuddin could say that the PKFZ fiasco provides the Barisan Nasional government the best opportunity to fulfill its promise of cracking down on corruption, abuse of power and mismanagement, why are MCA, Umno and other Barisan Nasional component parties dragging their feet when they should be acting decisively to identity and punish the wrongdoers, without fear or favour and regardless of their present or past position or status?
Daim speaks with great authority, knowledge and experience when he said:

Daim cannot be more right as witnessed the five-fold multiplication of the first major financial scandal in the Mahathir premiership some three decades ago – the RM2.5 billion Bumiputra Malaysia Finance (BMF) scandal – to the present RM12.5 billion PKFZ scandal!
The Cabinet decision last week to set up a super task force, headed by Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Mohd Sidek Hassan, to take over all investigations into the PKFZ scandal is not a demonstration of political will to get to the bottom of the “mother of all scandals” but the opposite.
I see it as a major step backwards in public accountability and good governance, as it smacks of being a super “cover up” task force for the PKFZ scandal.
What is needed is a Royal Commission of Inquiry to conduct a comprehensive and no-holds-barred investigation into the “mother of all scandals” including relevant Ministerial and Cabinet aspects of the scandal instead of trying to sweep the whole issue back under the carpet.
In the first place, is Mohd Sidek the most appropriate person to head the super task force on the PKFZ scandal?
Before Mohd Sidek takes up this appointment, he should explain to the Malaysian public why he had failed in the past two years to carry out the Cabinet decision in July 2007 when it resolved on the RM4.6 billion bailout of PKFZ, including giving retrospective approval to the four illegal Letters of Support unlawfully given by the two previous Transport Ministers, Tun Dr. Ling Liong Sik and Tan Sri Chan Kong Choy, that the Chief Secretary should conduct an inquiry as to how the four Letters of Support could have issued unlawfully and to take the necessary disciplinary actions against the culprits who have now landed the country with a RM12.5 billion PKFZ scandal.
Did Mohd Sidek carry out such an inquiry as not a single culprit had been identified, let alone penalised for the unlawful issue of the four Letters of Support in the past two years?
Clearly, Mohd Sidek had not carried out the Cabinet instruction or there would not be today a merry-go-round of multiple investigations into the PKFZ scandal, but all without the necessary sweeping powers to get to the bottom of the scandal.
Can Mohd Sidek succeed where he had failed in the past two years?
This is why the MCA, as the party which is most implicated in the PKFA scandal as so many MCA top leaders were involved whether as Transport Minister or Port Klang Authority Chairman, should take a stand to ensure that there should be no further cover-up of the PKFZ scandal and its EGM should, among other things, demonstrate the undivided support of the MCA delegates for a Royal Commission of Inquiry to bring to book all MCA, Umno and BN leaders implicated in the PKFZ “mother of all scandals”.

Malaysia Today blocked over leaked PKFZ documents?

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 18 – Access to Malaysia Today, the website on which fugitive blogger Raja Petra Kamaruddin had posted digital copies of leaked documents on the Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ), including classified Cabinet papers, appears to have been blocked by the authorities.
These documents were available for public viewing the past three days but the website was inaccessible today.
The website had published what appears to be a request from the Finance Ministry for a retrospective increase in cost for the PKFZ project from about RM1 billion to nearly RM5 billion.
The DAP’s Lim Kit Siang suggested today that the government could be responsible for the blockade.
“Has it anything to do with the RM12.5 billion PKFZ documents, including Cabinet papers, on the website in the past three days?,” said Lim in a statement today.
Lim insinuated that the inaccessibility of Raja Petra’s website coincided with an English daily report today that investigations have been ordered against it.
This morning, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak also promised to punish those responsible for the leak under the Officials Secrets Act.
“Anyone who exposes Cabinet papers will be subjected to police investigations, and action under the OSA will depend on the investigations,” Najib told reporters today.
Attorney General Tan Sri Gani Pattail had also been reported as saying that those responsible for publications would be dealt with through the OSA.
Lim blasted the government’s response, saying that Najib must “honour his pledge of public accountability, transparency, integrity and good governance which must include a commitment to freedom of information.”
“To do this, it is essential that Najib declassify all relevant PKFZ government documents, including Cabinet papers, to public scrutiny as there can be no security justification to continue to protect such information as ‘official secrets’ under the OSA,” he said.
When contacted, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission was unable to confirm if it was responsible for blocking Malaysia Today.

PKFZ: Action will be taken against those who leaked Cabinet paper

PUTRAJAYA, Sept 18 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak today warned that action will be taken under the Official Secrets Act against those who leak Cabinet documents.
He was commenting on the publication of what appears to be a request from the Finance Ministry for a retrospective increase in cost for the Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) project from about RM1 billion to nearly RM5 billion.
The digital copies of the memorandum were posted by fugitive blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin on the Malaysia Today website.
"Anyone who exposes Cabinet papers will be subjected to police investigations, and action under the OSA will depend on the investigations," Najib told reporters.
He said that despite the action, the people will continue to be informed of developments on the PKFZ investigation.
"This is not to deny the people the right to information in the PKFZ case... what we are supposed to tell the people, we will do so," he added.
"But exposing Cabinet papers is not acceptable," he said.
The RM12.5 billion PKFZ scandal has become an embarrassment to the administration as the investigation has exposed many inappropriate practices of government officials including former and serving ministers.

Cops look for source of PKFZ paper leak
KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 18 – Police have summoned several individuals to record statements on the posting of the Cabinet Paper on the Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) on a website.
Deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar said police were investigating how the Cabinet Paper which involved the Official Secrets Act (OSA) could be exposed online.
“We are investigating to find out who is responsible for exposing information on the Cabinet Paper. However, I can’t comment more on this as it will disturb our investigation,” he told Bernama here today.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak told a press conference that police would investigate the exposure of a document said to be that on the PKFZ Cabinet Paper on the “Malaysia Today” website.
He said the investigation was not to deny the people’s right to information but the act of exposing the Cabinet Paper on the Internet was unacceptable. – Bernama

(Berita Harian) Peguam Negara arah siasat kesahihan Kertas Kabinet PKFZ
PUTRAJAYA: Peguam Negara, Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail, semalam mengarahkan pihak berkuasa berkaitan menyiasat segera tindakan sebuah laman web menyiarkan dokumen yang didakwa Kertas Kabinet berhubung isu Zon Bebas Pelabuhan Klang (PKFZ).
Beliau berkata, siasatan diperlukan termasuk mengikut Akta Rahsia Rasmi 1972 (OSA), untuk menentukan sama ada dokumen yang didedahkan dalam laman web berkenaan adalah Kertas Kabinet sebenar atau sebaliknya.
"Saya akan arahkan pihak berkuasa yang berkaitan untuk menyiasat perkara ini.
"Jika ia bukan Kertas Kabinet yang sah maknanya ia hanya mewujudkan kegemparan awam tetapi jika ia daripada Kertas Kabinet yang betul, maka siasatan perlu dilakukan mengikut OSA," katanya ketika dihubungi Berita Harian, semalam.
Beliau berkata, perkara itu adalah serius kerana membabitkan pendedahan dokumen rahsia kerajaan selain isu PKFZ itu masih dalam siasatan Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) dan polis.
"Isu PKFZ masih dalam siasatan dalam semua aspek dan kerajaan tidak melindungi apa-apa dan tindakan mendedahkan dokumen rahsia kerajaan adalah salah di sisi undang-undang.
"Isu PKFZ dan isu mendedahkan dokumen rahsia adalah dua perkara yang berbeza," katanya.
Beliau berkata, pendedahan itu seolah-olah mahu menunjukkan kerajaan tidak melakukan apa-apa terhadap isu PKFZ sedangkan siasatan mengenainya sedang dilaksanakan.

Latest twist in PKFZ forces PM into damage-control

(Malaysian Mirror) - The RM12.5 billion Port Klang Free Zone financialdebacle took a fresh twist after news leaked alleging that the cabinethad been kept apprised of the massive cost over-runs and may havethereby even given its tacit approval.
The shocking revelation has forced Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razakinto damage control mode. He has ordered the police to immediatelyinvestigate the security lapse.
"Anyone who exposes cabinet papers will be subjected to policeinvestigations and action under the Official Secrets Act will depend onthe investigations," Najib told reporters late on Friday.
Meanwhile, Deputy Inspector-General of Police Ismail Omar confirmed a probe has begun.
“We are investigating to find out who is responsible for exposing information on the cabinet paper,” he said.
RPK strikes again
Earlier this week, copies of an 18-page memorandum submitted by theFinance Ministry to the cabinet made the rounds in cyberspace after topanti-government blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin exposed the document onhis website.
The crux of the memorandum was to seek the cabinet’s retrospectiveendorsement for a RM4.6 billion government loan to cover the hugeover-expenditure in the PKFZ project, which originally was due to costonly RM1.8 billion.
Coincidentally, Raja Petra’s blog has been blocked the past couple ofdays, with regulator Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commissionrefusing to comment when asked if it had been instructed to do so.
“Has it anything to do with the RM12.5 billion PKFZ documents includingcabinet papers, onbillion Port the website in the past three days?,”asked opposition stalwart Lim Kit Siang.
PKFZ is an integrated 1,000 acre commercial and industrial zone locatedadjacent to the national gateway and transhipment hub in Port Klang.
It is the government’s largest port investment ever. However due tomassive cost overruns that independent auditors have blamed on weakgovernance and questionable practice, the original development budgethas ballooned multiple folds and and could hit RM12.5 billion iffunding undertaken for the project is not revamped soon.
Said Kit Siang: “The time has come for the Prime Minister Najib tohonour his pledge of public accountability, transparency, integrity andgood governance which must include a commitment to freedom ofinformation and respecting the right of Malaysians to information aboutthe entire process as to how Malaysia could be landed with a RM12.5billion PKFZ scandal through three prime ministers, three transportministers and four Port Klang Authority chairmen.”

Not an Official Secret of the Government…
It is not an official secret that the BN regime has shown sheer contempt for the public’s interest in enabling the PKFZ scandal to compound.
It is not an official secret that billions of ringgit has been flushed down into the pockets of a select few and that no one has been held accountable.
It is not an official secret that the taxpayers will likely never recover – let alone get an accounting of – these funds.
It is not an official secret that the regime is upset that a cabinet document on the PKFZ has been leaked, and the cover-up on the scandal may well be underway.
It is not an official secret that given our experience with past scandals of the BN/Umno regime, cronies of the regime who have squandered public funds will not be held accountable – let alone see the inside of a prison cell.
It is not an official secret that Malaysia ranks 47th in the 2008 Corruption Perceptions Index of Transparency International.
How is it that we rank so poorly on Transparency International’s corruption index but no high-profile crony of the regime ever seems to be convicted of corruption?
It is not an official secret that despite the change of leadership in Umno, there appears to have been no let-up in the level cronyism and nepotism.
It is not an official secret that the regime seems more concerned that a scandalous memo has been leaked rather than trying to ensure a zero-tolerance policy regarding scandals and abuse of public funds.
It is not an official secret than Umno wants to desperately win the up-coming by-election in Bagan Pinang.
Perhaps the voters of Bagan Pinang find that the above non-government secrets are just the kind of thing they should reward Umno for.
Yes, voters of Bagan Pinang; it is no official secret that you will reveal a great deal about yourselves by whom you elect as your representative.
It is no official secret that the Umno/BN regime’s credibility is the lowest it has been – and I don’t need some document classified under the Official Secrets Act to realize this fact.

It's not RPK but the PKFZ crooks you need to chase

(Malaysian Mirror) - Opposition stalwart Lim Kit Siang has slammed Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak’s government for going after a fugitive blogger for exposing a classified cabinet paper on the Port Klang Free Zone financial debacle instead of hunting down the real culprits behind it .
Said Kit Siang in his latest blog posting: “The question Najib has failed to answer is why the cabinet papers on the RM12.5 billion PKFZ scandal should continue to be kept as secret documents instead of being declassified, unless the Barisan Nasional has skeletons in the cupboard which must be kept hidden from public knowledge and scrutiny.”
“The next logical question is why the Attorney-General did not prosecute the two former Transport Ministers for unlawfully issuing the four Letters of Support landing the taxpayers with the RM12.5 billion PKFZ scandal?
“This is the question which the Attorney-General and the government leadership should be answering instead of running after Raja Petra and Malaysia-Today under the Official Secrets Act for their role as whistleblowers.”
Declassify
The DAP adviser was referring to Raja Petra Kamarudin, the country’s top blogger who has been a thorn in the government’s flesh with his frequent bombshell exposes of corruption and dishonest practice.
Earlier this week, RPK as he is also known published copies of an 18-page memorandum submitted by the Finance Ministry to the cabinet on his website, immediately creating a stir with the news.
The crux of the memorandum was to seek the cabinet’s retrospective endorsement for a RM4.6 billion government loan to cover the huge over-expenditure in the PKFZ project, which originally was due to cost only RM1.8 billion.
This suggest that the cabinet was fully aware of how badly the PKFZ project was faring and raises questions as to why the ministers did not immediately order a full-scale investigation.
Coincidentally, Raja Petra’s blog has been blocked the past couple of days, with regulator Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission refusing to comment when asked if it had been instructed to do so.
More questions
PKFZ is an integrated 1,000 acre commercial and industrial zone located adjacent to the national gateway and transhipment hub in Port Klang. The project is overseen by the Transport Ministry.
It is the government’s largest port investment ever. However due to massive cost overruns that independent auditors have blamed on weak governance and questionable practice, the original development budget has ballooned multiple folds and and could hit RM12.5 billion if funding undertaken for the project is not revamped soon.
“As former member of the Cabinet, the Chairman of Public Accounts Committee Azmi Khalid would have access and digested the Cabinet documents on the PKFZ scandal,” Kit Siang shot out.
“Why didn’t the PAC, under his chairmanship, summon the Chief Secretary Mohd Sidek Hassan to appear to help the PAC inquiry into the PKFZ scandal and testify as to the information given to the Ministers and the decisions taken by the Cabinet on the issue?
“Shouldn’t the PAC take a stand that all the cabinet documents and papers relating to the PKFZ scandal should be declassified not only for full study by the PAC buit also by all MPs and the Malaysian public.”

(Harakah) KUALA LUMPUR, 19 Sept: Respons Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak berikutan tindakan laman web Malaysia Today mendedahkan dokumen yang meminta diluluskan kenaikan kos projek pembangunan Zon Bebas Pelabuhan Kelang (PKFZ) merupakan satu pengakuan bahawa dokumen tersebut adalah dokumen yang tulen, kata Naib Presiden PAS, Datuk Mahfuz Omar.
Najib, menurut Mahfuz kelihatan menggelabah dengan pendedahan dokumen kabinet itu berhubung kelulusan peningkatan kos PKFZ.
Perdana menteri dalam kenyataannya semalam memberi amaran tindakan di bawah Akta Rahsia Rasmi berhubung pembocoran dokumen itu.
"Orang menggelabah bila bersalah. Sebab itulah Najib sengaja bising-bising hendak memburu pihak yang membocorkan dokumen itu dan mengunci rapat-rapat mulutnya terhadap pendedahan tindakan kabinet meluluskan pembelasahan wang rakyat semata-mata untuk menutup salah laku dalam projek tersebut.

Govt admits RPK revealed secrets

Raja Petra’s Malaysia Today website suffered a second day of access problems Saturday, after the Federal Government tacitly admitted that he had indeed revealed Cabinet secrets, and reacted strongly by ordering a police investigation into the exposé of government documents on the controversial Port Klang Free Zone.
On Saturday, Malaysia Today’s home page was not directly available until late in the day. I finally got the home page loading directly at approximately 16:12, although access through an online proxy had been intermittently possible from about 14:30 Saturday. A mirror site « http://mt.harapanmalaysia.com/ » was also not available.
The site had similar problems the previous day, Friday, when the Prime Minister tacitly acknowledged that the documents could be genuine.
Najib said … the government was not denying the public its right to information on the PFKZ but the disclosure of the confidential paper breached the Official Secrets Act.
“Cabinet papers are classified under the OSA and it is illegal for anyone to reveal them. The police will have to look into this.”

The police also tacitly admitted the papers were genuine by saying they were looking for the source of the leak.
Police have summoned several individuals to record statements on the posting of the Cabinet Paper.[The deputy IGP] said police were investigating how the Cabinet Paper which involved the Official Secrets Act (OSA) could be exposed online. “We are investigating to find out who is responsible for exposing information on the Cabinet Paper.”
[Added at 21:00] The government action has brought stern criticism from opposition strongman Lim Kit Siang, who questioned whether access to Malaysia Today had been blocked as a result of the PKFZ revelations, and condemned the Attorney-General for not prosecuting two former ministers implicated in the PKFZ debacle.
Although Malaysia Today appears to have been blocked, the images are already available elsewhere on the Internet.

[Added at 21:00] In addition, Raja Petra published on Wednesday the images of a four-page memorandum from Transport Minister Chan Kong Choy to then Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, accompanied with a commentary by Lim Kit Siang urging the government to bring all involved to book, and quoting former Finance Minister Daim Zainuddin as saying the PKFZ debacle provided the best opportunity to prove the government’s commitment towards eradicating corruption.
Raja Petra also accused the Cabinet directly of allowing the PKFZ disaster to happen.
What happened was exactly what the Cabinet wanted to happen. And that is why no action is being taken with regards to the RM12.5 billion disaster. It was no disaster. The Cabinet knew all along what was going on. And the Cabinet approved it.
That is why those behind the PKFZ scandal are not scared. They did not do anything wrong. They did not commit a crime. They just did what the Cabinet knew all along they were doing and with the full permission of the Cabinet.
Besides the PKFZ disclosures, Raja Petra, who has gone into self-exile, also published two videos, available on his website and at YouTube, relating to the Altantunya Shaaribuu scandal.

RM12.5b, flushed down the toilet bowl.
Malaysia have always been littered with financial scandals since the late 70s and the PKFZ is the latest to haunt the nation again that all is not well with the country. We are not talking about a RM12.50 loss but a mind-boggling [the last time this word was used was in the BMF scandal] RM12.5b, our money - gone, finished, never to be seen again. Instead of taking responsibility for the mess, the UMNO government has gone into the scapegoating act. In other countries, the entire cabinet would have resigned and those responsible, if you are in Japan, would have committed 'hara kiri' or 'sepuku'. But why wouldn't our people resign? Your guess is as good as mine. After the BMF case, we thought UMNO would have learnt a lesson and such a fiasco would not happen again. Regretfully it did, quadruple the amount to boot. So now the money is gone, who is going to be accountable for the mess? By convention, it is the prime minister. But will he do it by resigning followed by the entire cabinet? Will a GE be called to elect in a new government?
How could anyone be so INCOMPETENT and how can a government be so NEGLIGENT? If it had not been for Malaysia-Today disclosing the cabinet papers, we would still be pointed the wrong direction. But now we know. What strikes me as most intriguing is that the papers were signed by the same Nor Mohamed Yackob, who in 1993 headed the FOREX trading operations in Bank Negara and incurred billions in hugh forex losses. Eventually, we saw the resignation of the Governor of Bank Negara, Datuk Jaffar Hussein. For his incompetency he was rewarded to be Minister II in the Finance Ministry. How could a person of such calibre signed such important papers?
So, the damage is done, where do we go from here? How much longer are we going to look for scapegoats? Will the government freeze the PKFZ project with immediate effect or cut their losses now by abandoning it altogether? I remember the one thing I said when PETRONAS was legislated to save BMF in 1983, it was "good money going after bad". Are we doing the same thing now to the PKFZ? Will the government deem it fit to bring the two previous transport ministers to book? How much can be recovered from the RM12.5b? Do you think Jala Idris/Koh Tsu Koon's KPI will help to prevent such incidents the future?
Finally, where are those MACC fellas when you need them the most??? For an estate worth RM24m owned by a former MB, little or nothing was done. For a scandal such as the PKFZ, feet dragging seemed to be the order of the day. But over an anonymous email, they were quick to jump in to question every tom, dick and harry in the opposition; and for RM2,400, a life was lost.

PKFZ Declassified: Cruel Reality, Lies, Deceit And Betrayal....
Malaysia's past and present leadership under the ruling coalition, Barisan Nasional, was put to test when RPK brilliantly declassified PKFZ papers through a series of articles posted on his popular MalaysiaToday news portal.
The exposure of some documents classified under the Official Secret Act in relation to the PKFZ scandal has somehow confirmed the suspicion of the people over the involvement of the government behind the PKFZ malpractices that caused a big dent of RM 12.4 B to the public funds.
This exposure has also raised some questions regarding the need of such an Act, The Official Secret Act. Is PKFZ the only scandal? Or PKFZ is just the tip of an iceberg? Why is there a need to invoke OSA on the normal operation of the administration involving public funds?
Of course, unless there is an element of foul play involved that needs to be cover up or such an act is needed for them to kungfu us up big time. Or both.
We do not know how many more cover ups that are hidden behind the OSA. PKFZ scandal seems to be the mother of all scandal for now. But lets not forget about those toll concessionaires lopsided contracts which are more far reaching as the people are burdened by it over a longer period.
Again, we have been fleeced by those who walks the corridors of power. Yet, they still remained in power. We, Malaysians, must be a bunch of forgetful or forgiving black holes. Make noise when the scandal appears. Forget when it become stale. We tend to tackle issue on an adhoc basis. Even if it is on adhoc basis, there have been many issues over the years to warrant for Change.
I don't know what is really wrong with our society and their mindset. It can be very discouraging at times especially to those fighters out there. Fighters like RPK or Haris Ibrahim and others who dedicate and sacrifice their time and comfort trying to save this country from the clutches of evil.
RPK have to go into exile. And it is not an easy thing to do. Many others have been harassed and intimidated.
These people are the Real Patriots.
