salam
skrg tgh mengetuk keyboard utk menyiapkan manuskrip ttg bsnes online.so ada sesape usahawan online dalam pelbagai bsnes spt pakaian,perabot,cenderamata,hardware n etc,sila pm sbb ingin ditemuramah scr online....

aku pun berminat dgn bisness secara online ni
nak jual baragan2 cenderamata
so yg ada pengalaman nak tau camne kita nak mulakannya
1 berapa harga buat websiteNya yg mcm Mhlokenya tu
2 camne nak contek company seperti paypal/bank2 dan sbgnya.

My reply to your question.
1. Bgmana memajukan bsnes?
Kena advertise, saya perna letak ad kat google ad, OK. Anyway, jika produk anda memang dicari (search) pembeli akan sampai kat website anda, namun jika produk anda memang tiada orang search (demand) then you are in trouble.
2. BGmana perjanjian jual beli?adakah pelanggan boleh mendapat tukar barang?
Depend on the nature of the product, normally in order to give confident to customer we would give warranty (upto 1 yr), but customer need to pay the logistic to send back for repair or if they are in the area they can drop by our office (warehouse).
3.Apa masalah dalam bsnes internet?
There are items not suitable to sell online, barang yang kena TESTING atau CUBA. The items that I sell mainly items yang tak perlu testing.
4.Adakah jualan dalam internet mengatasi jualan di kedai?
Sales, jangan harapkan sales yang tinggi, my best mth is RM5k, off cause my product is not HOT ITEMs. But sales is picking up.
5.Bgmana mempengaruhi pelanggan?
Customers that buy online, very easy to compare price, either you are selling the lowest price or like some of my customer, the items that they are looking for (online), we are the only company that is doing online sales, so convenient to them.
6.Apakah risiko dalam bisnes internet?
Risiko tak banyak, as long as you keep cost low.
7.Bgmana menggalakkan trafik web anda?
Advertise online.
8.Apa kelemahan bisnes internet?
Some of my customer still come to my warehouse to buy, CASH and try the product 1st. I think they not confident with online payment and logistic. And logistic quite expensive, especially if you are selling low value product, sometime the logistic charge cost more that your product. My average selling price is RM100 to RM200 per transaction.
9.Adakah produk anda berdaya saing dan mampu mengatasi pesaing?apa langkah yg dilakukan?
I attached to a direct importer to keep cost low, some more all products are with existing customer so no need keep banyak stock.
10.Ceritakan pengalaman anda susah,senang,kelat selama menjalankan bisnes internet.
My concept is to have a lot of products, my online catalog with approx 400 items. So, bila customer search any of the 400 items in the website, they will come to my website. If any new comers want to do online sales with single item and with the item is not popular for people to search then he/she is in trouble. |

bkannye ape, jwpn diorg berbeza regarding to diorg nye nature of biz..
lagi satu, soklan tuan tanah ni x brape straight to the po'en, or x brape efisien.. kiranya x dpt byk mencungkil rahsia2 biz intenet ni..
