Knowledge of applicable laws, rules, regulations, principles and practices of HR management, office practices and procedures, departamental organizational structure, policies, procedures;
Excellent people skills, coordination, problem solving skills, typing skills, computer literacy, skill to interpret and apply rules, regulations, policies and procedures, skill to prepare and maintain complex records;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems;
Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants;
Handles compensation, benefits and performance appraisals, and safety and recreation programs;
