THIS driver's a cut above — as he speeds down the street in HALF a car.
The madcap motor consists of just the left side of a pale blue Volkswagen Beetle with a steering wheel, one windscreen wiper and wheels attached to the open side. It even has a single headlight and half a number plate, and has a clear plastic cover on the severed edge to stop the driver, in Poland, falling out on a bend.
