beli rumah teres 2 buah bersebelahan

salam,


nk tanye... senang tak prosedur utk beli rumah teres 2 buah sebelah sebelah? aku ada niat nk cari rumah teres setingkat... sebelah2... then bole pecah wall utk dapatkan bilik yang lebih. ye la sekarang ni mostly rumah ada 4 bilik.. memang tak mencukupi la klau anak ramai. so ingat klau dapat teres setingkat 4 bilik... dlm 200k harga... amik 2 biji sebelah2.. pecah.. bola jadi 8 bilik. baru berbaloi...

tapi... masalahnye.. prosedurnye camne? sama je ke.. or ada kriteria lain kene amik kira.

prosidur sama ajek mcm beli rumah biasa.

tp to me kalau rumah teres pecah2 sebelah nie boring la. sbb rumah you mmg luas, tp u r still bounded dgn rumah lain kanan kiri.

kalau luas gitu in a form of a bungalow on its own ke...manyak syiok ah....tp kanan kiri masih terhimpit dgn rumah jiran, ada sikit jugak boring...heheheh....this is just my preference ajek .....hehe!

btw, nak beli dkt mana?

next week ada balloting bungalow lot dkt setia eco hill.......aha! ;)

ade auntie cina ni beli umah 2 bijik teres 2 tingkat kat umah saya
dia amik korner ngn sebelah korner.besar gile kot jadinye kalo di renovate

hati2 bila nak beli sebelah menyebelah nie..
pastikan rumah tu on the same level..
check elevation drawing jugak.. jangan based on layout plan jer..

dulu ada kawan beli macam nie..

masa construction datang tengok
rumah2 tu not on the same elevation
kalau sikit ok ler... mcm split level...
tapi diff dia banyak... dekat 4kaki..
nak buat pintu kat dinding yg share tu pun dah tak cantik  
last2 jual balik...

check dulu betul2...

mamak ke suka beli sebelah2? biasa tgk rumah chinese je camtu.. pecah 2 rumah jadi sebijik besar... syioookk...

memangla jiran2 masih dekat2.. sebab teres kan.. dah tu klau dua2 tu intermediate.. lagila.. tp benefitnye.. extra rooms je la... nk aim for bungalow.. skrg rege dah jota2 klau banglo.. memang jauh sangat la...

setia eco balloting? hahaha...  setia alam pon price starts 600k for 20 x 70 2 storey.. inikan pulak setia eco.. 20k deposit tu... tak agak2.. hehe.. tp nice environment... u lain la... i dapat setia alam pon dah syukur... hehe

setia alam ada lagik ker new residential development selain semi-d and bunglow lots?? rumah teres setingkat nie yg depan setia alam convention centre tue eh? nice location (and view)

i aim setia eco hill terrace ajek, utk buat invesmtn  tp dipanggil ballot for its bungalow unit. dier punyer teres dah dipanggil ballot ke blom??? harap2 belom la.....

ujong minggu nie baru nak gi edisi siasat. haha....

setia alam takde single storey...  rasanye a few months back ada lagila double storey launch.. tp mmg starting 600k la.. umah 5 years ago 200k.. now dah more than 400k. tp tu la.. klau i nak cari rumah baru lagi kt sini... mmg tak mampu la.. so kene cari somewhere else yg setanding ngan rege jual semula my house now.


ingat nk cari 2 single storey dengan harga yg lbih kurang dgn market price current house... tapi entah.. risky gakla..  skrg susah nk cari single storey...

tp dlm layout plan ada tulis ke elevation for each unit? xde kan? camne nk check ek?
