hai forumer2 semua..
saya ada problem dgn kaki...sebelum ni terkena penaykit gatal2, dan sekarang dh baik.. tp masalah sekarang kaki jadi hitam laa..especeli kat jari tuh... cemana eh nak ilangkan ? ada sape2 x tau produk apa yg sesuai.. tq

waaa.....gigih mu ni....ada tangkap gambor sblm? lps ni update wif gambor selepas pulak.....den tgh menghabiskan stok2 sabun susu beras lg sedozen & sabun royal white expert lg 3 ketoi....gile byk jenuh nak habiskan....last2 sabun buku chap marykay rege rm80 seketoi berat 100g den buat cuci kasut sekolah anak boleh cmtu? sbb den rase sabun tu langsung tak best...harap rege je melantun2 mahainye |

mmg tiapkali mandi dgn air suam sbb ada water heater tp takde la suam sgt...sy suka sejuk sikit. lgpon org ckp mndi air suam badan cpt sagging...kene mndi air sejuk especially waktu pagi.....so that badan pon fresh..... |

Almond and corn bleach is another way of bleaching skin naturally. Make a paste of almond oil, corn flour and lemon juice. Apply it evenly on the skin and let it dry for about 20 minutes. Rinse it with warm water. Almond oil is very effective for skin hydration. Thus, almond and corn bleach is an effective way to hydrate your skin and lighten skin tone naturally all at the same time.
Cucumber Bleach
Cucumber bleach is a good way of bleaching skin naturally. Extract the cucumber juice from a medium-sized cucumber. Mix cucumber juice and water. Apply the mixture to the skin with a cotton ball. Rinse it with warm water after 5 minutes. For better results, leave it on the skin overnight, and wash it the next day. - 1 pinch of turmeric

Allow the mask to air dry before rinsing with water. - Aloe Vera Gel And Almonds To Avoid Dark Shade On Face:There are many benefits of aloe vera on skin and reducing pigmentation, dark spots, lightening properties, healing, and skin tightening properties are the most sought after. Almonds are an excellent source of vitamin C and are also used to improve the skin color, helps get rid of dead cells layer, and regular use can loosen the hair grip.
- 1 tablespoon of almond paste
- 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Soak almonds overnight and grind them into a smooth paste. Add aloe vera gel and honey to it. Smear it on the face and wait for 15 to 20 minutes before cleaning it.

tak pakai tudung lak tu..
.pe lagi belasah la sume sabun2 tu..buat mandi bagai...cer terai pakai dengan air suam...sy dpt petua ni dr budak thai kt forum laen...jgn lupa pakai losyen slalu...
