Salam, saja nak tanya antara jogging dgn skipping , korang semua prefer yang mana ?

bagi pompuan dorang pun prefer slow jog jer kan? sebab dengar cite kalau jog secara laju akan membesarkan otot kaki |

dulu2 skipping......best utk heart heart. Stamina pun improve. So kalau lawan berlari dgn anak tu mmg tak semput ler. Lagipun skipping dlm rumah jer. Privacy.
Now jogging sbb temankan suami. Mula2 tak suka sgt jogging tapi sekarang makin suka. Tapi kalau suami takde, mmg tak gi lah jogging. Rasa tak 'selamat' jogging sorang2. Rasa mcm ada mata2 yg memandang (uikkks.....perasannnnnn.... ) Last edited by belita on 23-2-2013 04:28 PM

dua2 baya de buat..skiping 1mingu 2x..(tue pn kadang dah balik lewat...lepas gak...hiihihi)
jogging pun 1 minngu 2x..bese wat petang pas lik kjer..
senamana ni yg penting rajin dgn tak jekkk |

dua2...weekend jogging le sbb outdoor...weekday skipping boleh buat indoor sambil tgk tv, sambil tggu air/nasi masak, sambil monitor anak buat homework, sblm tido, sambil2 goda babang, sambil tggu sup mereneh or sambil tggu mesin basuh habis spin....senang je kan...now dok skipping guna skipping rope biasa...lps ni nak beli had yg ni laa....ada digital display of calorie burnt, jump distance & numebr of jumps...tak perlu kira satu2 sampai semput : -

dulu suke jogging....tapi sejak jogging track tu ramai sgt manusia...especially melayu...malas dahh...

kalau sy buat ikut set. 1set 20 kali. buat 20 pastu stop. pastu buat lg. sampai rasa bosan. hehe.

tp kurang selesa....
sbb dia punya handle tu agak berat....
sy suka yg sy beli kat tesco n fitness concept walaupun xder calorie counter, skip count....
