bukan itu sahaja penyebabnya. Show ini juga telah dicancel kat US. 2 season sahaja.
Oh ya, yang jadi Carmen dalam citer nih, Sara Rue, dah ada TV show dia sendiri. Tajuk citer tuh Less Than Perfect dan sekarang dah pon memasuki season 2 di US. Aku pernah tengok show nih kat TV singapore. Boleh tahan lah tapi tak dapat tengok banyak sebab aku kat KL.

Wah...teringat lagi bertapa gila-gilanya watak2 popular nih....kadangkala lawaknya tahap cipan....walaupun ada ketikanya agak panazzz....tak sangka lepas juga masuk Tv2 lawak2 panas camtuh ya......
Tapi seingat aku season1 cukup berbisa....masuk season 2 hanya sesekali saja episodenya terasa menyengat....agaknya kena cancell sebab tuh kot...season tuh tak happening macam season 1...season dimana masih wujud perang antara popular Blondie gurl dengan bukan blondie yg tak popular.....season dah takde kumpulan2 tuh....mereka macam dah bercampur aduk..... |

ok, aku baru dapat info yang Popular Season 3 sebenornyer dah di shooting dan tinggal tunggu nak masuk TV tapi the syndication tanak sebab takut tak dapat sambutan jadi diorang cancel teros selepas Season 2. Berikut adalah cerita dari Season 3 (sebab cuma ada beberapa episode jer dari Season 3, ini jer yg aku dapat):
Brooke's Hit, Harrison Chooses
The third season would have picked up in the fall of the Kennedy High gang's senior year. A bandaged Brooke has been in a coma for four months, and awakens to find that every bone in her face was broken when Nicole's car slammed into her. The bandages are removed, and she looks exactly the same ... except that she's now a brunette. Nicole is put on trial for attempted manslaughter, and she argues that she was driving drunk because only alcohol could erase the pain of being sexually molested by Brooke's father. Nicole begs Brooke to tell the judge that she stepped in front of the car, which Brooke does. Turns out Harrison had chosen her over Sam at the prom, but when Sam started crying at their table, Brooke couldn't take it and fled. Nicole clears the dad's name, but her kindness is short-lived. She vows to rule the school. Sam and Brooke vow to do anything to stop her.
Harrison's a Player, Lily Kicks Josh Out
Brooke and Harrison start dating and for the first time in his life, he's popular. In a Beverly Hills, 90210-style spoof, he starts hooking up with tons of girls and breaks Brooke's heart. (Murphy says he and Pope were into making Sam a lesbian and a raging drunk.) Harrison is schooled in the pitfalls of popularity when Josh moves in with him and his mom. Josh and Lily had been doing fine, until she discovered his gambling addiction to ... cockfighting.
Mary Cherry's a Dog, B. Ho Killed by Girl Gang
Meanwhile, Mary Cherry is supposed to be sent to live in twin sister B. Ho's old 'hood, but accidentally ends up at a dog pound where she's put up for adoption. B. Ho joins forces with Nicole (and a new character, an African-American student named Unique Jones), and they do drive-by shootings, until B. Ho is gunned down by an all-girl gang. A grieving Cherry Cherry arrives at the pound just in time to save Mary Cherry from etherisation ... and to take her to B. Ho's funeral, which spoofs the whole "South Central, shot-too-soon, homey thing." After Cherry Cherry pours out some Malt 45 liquor into B. Ho's coffin, she once again accepts Mary Cherry as her daughter. Mary Cherry joins Brooke and Sam's group. Cherry Cherry starts teaching a daily course at the school called "Madonna 101." (Murphy says they were trying to get Madonna to make a guest appearance.) And Unique turns so psycho that she even scares Nicole.
Brooke and Nicole Unite, Mary Cherry Buys Melrose Place
Nicole goes to Sam and Brooke and begs them to help her stop Unique from ruining the school. Brooke and Nicole reunite as best friends, and all is well until Kennedy High is bought and converted into a nursing home. The kids are forced to take their GREs because the old folks won't wait for the real estate, and they all go off to college early. The screen goes black and -- poof! -- it's five years later. Mary Cherry has bought Melrose Place and they all live there rent-free. The last three months of the season is spent spoofing the twentysomethings-on-their-own genre. |

Sitcom Less Than Perfect
ni memang best! kelakar habis ..
Cerita ni macam ni ..Sara Rue berkerja dekat floor terbawah (ground floor) office dia ni kira tak galmour. Rakan satu office dia perempuan black dengan lelaki lembut. Satu hari dia dapat offer (sementara) jadi Asst kpd News Anchor (abang Julia Roberts). So dia pun pergilah ( as usuall ada yang tak suka dekat dia sebab dia ni gemuk dan tak pandai bergaya) Dua orang yang tak suka dia tu satu lelaki satu perempuan (cantik/bergaya)
Lama lama boss suka dekat dia (bukan suka sampai nak jatuh cinta) tapi suka sebab dia ni funny.
Pendekkan cerita .... dia dah ok dengan staff perempuan yang cantik .. kadang kadang ada cerita dia gaduh dgn kawan lama dia, ada cerita emak ayah dia datang melawat dia, ada cerita boss baru suruh dia jadi spy, ada cerita dia falling in love dengan mat kedai tour/travel ..
Dialog cerita ni memang best .. kamu semua kena tengok baru boleh tau. cerita ni best sebab walaupun dia gemuk dia tak sibuk nak diet .. lelaki lembut (yg rambut kerinting) tu .. lawak sangat, cepat merajuk tapi cepat pulak ok balik. Yang best bila dia geng up dgn staff cantik yg nak jawatan Sara Rue tu.
Girl black tu pun best ..selamba jer dia orang buat parti dekat office Sara Rue. |
