Position: Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
Location: Subang Peremba Square, Shah Alam Section 15
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in handling incoming calls and walk in customers.
- Responsible in providing administrative support (Front desk and back end support) in the office.
- Handling customers' enquiries and needs regarding Company's product.
- Responsible in filing and documentation support role.
- Perform general administration tasks (Stationary, vendor)
- Perform data entry and clerical tasks.
- Responsible in providing ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Required language(s): English
- Candidate must be able to work in one of these locations: Peremba Square (Subang Airport Road), Damansara Uptown, Shah Alam Section 15.
- Due to the location of working place, applicants are encouraged to possess own transport.
- Applicants must be able to converse well in English.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
