Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities: · Handle customer queries via customersupport ticketing system. · Provide customer support in terms ofaccount verification, redemption and other transactional matters. · Observant and able to pick upproblem trends. · Investigate written inquiries/issuesand respond/resolve accordingly. · Working Hours 9:00am – 6:00pm(Monday till Friday) Requirements: · At least 1 year of relevant workingexperience in customer service industry or call centre. · Fluent in written and spokenEnglish, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese. · Good interpersonal and communicationskills. · Computer and internet literate. · Fresh graduates are encouraged toapply. Requirements: · 通晓中文与英语 · 具有较强的沟通能力、服务意识 · 熟练使用Microsoft办公软件 · 能够随机应变,遇到困难沉着冷静 · 薪水:RM1500-2000 【视工作经验为佳】 · 有无经验均可,欢迎毕业生申请
