GENERAL CLERK Requirements: · SPM or equivalent, Diploma holder will be andadded advantage. · Above 23 to 28 years of age · 2 year(s) of working experience in clericalenvironment. · Good adminisrative skills and able to organisework accordingly. · Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and EnglishLanguage, both written and verbal. · Computer literate. · Able to work independently, goodinterpersonal skill, initiative and a team player. Responsibilities: · To maintain all department/unit files. · To compile report, analyse and update latestdata. · To assist in photocopying work and distributionof internal documents internally and externally. · To provide administrative and secretarialduties. · To manage meeting schedules, correspondences,reports, travel arrangements, handling private and confidential matters. · Responsible for office general administrativesupport.
