Job Description:
-Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting to closing of vacancies
-Ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, identifies key issue, with good problem solving skill
-Place professional and effective job advertisements to attract candidates
-Handling temporary/contract staffing payroll which follow government statutory
-Update candidates' information into database and some administration task
Job Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin/Studies/Management, or any other discipline
-Aggresive and loves to meet challenges
-Fresh graduates or with 1-2 working experiences are welcome to apply
-Good communication and interpersonal skill
-Good command of English & Malay, able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage
-Commission/ Incentive based
