Ikhtiar Factoring Sdn Bhd (IFSB) was incorporated on the 13 Mar 2000 to carry on the business of domestic, export and import factoring and equipment leasing. IFSB is a financial services company regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) under Financial Services Act 2013. Ikhtiar Factoring Sdn Bhd obtained the approval of the Ministry of Finance as an authorized factoring company on the 14th June 2000. IFSB is a specialist factoring company concentrating only in the factoring finance of government or government owned companies' contracts/procurements receivables. All its factoring business is derived wholly from the factoring finance of clients that have obtained contracts from government or government owned companies such as Petronas, Tenaga, Telekom etc. In compliance with the Ministry of Finance SPP Bil 10/95, IFSB requires to be approved and licensed by the MOF to engage in the factoring finance of government or government owned companies' contracts and procurements.
We would like to offer our Contract Financing facilities for your contract with GOVT/GLC.

Follows are the Terms & conditions of our Financing facilities:-
FACILITIES TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bank Guarantee / Performance Bond for Govt / GLC contract:-
To secure your contract with govt/GLC.
Security Deposit / Collateral : Min 10% & Max 30% (negotiable)
Issuance within 3-5 working days (complete document)

Letter Of Credit
For the purchase of goods with the Local / Oversea Supplier (ordered by Govt/GLC)
No collateral at all .
Issued within 3-5 working days (complete document)

Letter Of Undertaking
For purchase of goods with Local supplier only. (ordered by Govt/GLC)
No collateral at all .
Issuance within 3-5 working days (complete document)

Factoring
Factoring : for recoup of BG/LC.
Claim against Invoice/DO & any related document claim - subject to GOVT/GLC term.
For fast claim & payment directly to the Supplier (if utilized LU/LC)
Recoupment for BG ( if utilized BG)

1. Approval within 3-5 working days (complete document).
2. Financial Support Letter - Issue any amount required for tender participation with Govt/GLC. (Free for new client)
3. Able to issue blanket facilities for APPROVED CUSTOMER (ALL GOVT & GLC)
4. There is no commitment / monthly charge fee if no utilization the facilities.
5. The processing & legal fees as above is lifetime payment based on limit applied.
6. There are no hidden charges . All the charges are as in the Finance Charge as per attached.
