Ada sesiapa ada pengalaman dgn penyakit ni? Tak kira la kat diri sendiri or orang lain. Nenek diagnosed ada sakit ni lepas terjatuh (terduduk) hari tu. Umur dalam 80s. Sekarang dah tak bleh jalan, duduk or gerak2 sangat sebab belakang sakit. Nak makan dan minum pun susah.. Doctor suruh dok rumah je for conservative management.

Mcm mana ye? Ada ikhtiar lain?
Try private hospital?
Physiotherapy?
Berurut?
Supplement? (harap boleh cadangkan dgn ikhlas, bukan semata2 bisnes ye)

Agak2 boleh baik dan jalan semula. tak? Sian dia dah terbaring aje.

saya cadangkan supplement Vivix dari Shaklee.

Bukan sebab saya berniaga, tapi sebab Vivix memang bagus. especially untuk orang2 yang dah berusia. saya sendiri belikan untuk nenek saya (tapi dia sakit lain laa ~ dia ada peyakit 3 serangkai + lelah).

Vivix nie nie mau jugak telan (sebab dia masam2 manis). Ubat2 doktor / supplement2 lain (terutama bentuk pil) ~ dia tak mau sangat. tapi harga dia mmg mahal. tahan pun sebulan je. tapi still antara supplement popular di Shaklee. kebanyakkan beli memang untuk diberi pada mak ayah / ahli keluarga yg dah berusia (ataupun perokok)






ataupun amek advanced health & joint tablet (AJHT). nie kalo ur nenek nak makan2 pil laa. yang nie mmg concentrate untuk masalah tulang & sendi2.

Living With Sciatica

I had a question the other day about sciatica, what it is and how to treat it.  Sciatica is a pain that affects the sciatic nerve, which is a large nerve extending from your lower back down the back of each leg.

Common symptoms of sciatica include:

*Pain in your butt or leg that is worse when sitting
*Burning or tingling down your leg
*Weakness, numbness, or difficulty moving your leg or foot
*A constant pain on one side of your butt
*A shooting pain that makes it difficult to stand up

Sciatica usually affects only one side of your lower body.  Often, the pain goes from your lower back all the way through the back of your thigh and down through your leg.  Depending on where the sciatic nerve is affected, the pain may also extend to your foot or toes.
For some people, the pain from sciatica can be severe and debilitating.  For others, the pain might be infrequent and irritating, but it has the potential to get worse.

Sciatica is caused by irritation of the root of your lower spine.  Other common causes of sciatica are lumbar spinal stenosis (narrowing of the spinal canal in your lower back), degenerative disc disease (breakdown of discs, which act as cushions between the vertebrae), spondylolisthesis (a condition where one vertebra slips forward over another one), and pregnancy.  Other things that may make your back pain worse include being overweight, not exercising regularly, wearing high heels, or sleeping on a mattress that’s too soft.

You can treat the symptoms of sciatica at home by doing the following:

Recommendations:

*Drink 6-8 cups of purified water every day to hydrate  your cells.

*Discover and avoid triggers.

*Exercise regularly, but start slow.

*Breathe deeply to oxygenate cells.

*Alfalfa is extremely helpful for inflammation; take throughout the day; try as a tea.

*EFAs (Omega 3, flaxseed oil, fish oil) help lubricate joints and decrease inflammation.

*Avoid nightshade vegetables, like peppers, tomato, eggplant, and potato.

*Try Epsom salt baths.

*Consider hydrotherapy.

*Try hot castor oil packs (apply white cotton dipped in warmed castor oil, cover with plastic wrap, cover with heating pad if desired for up to 2 hours).

*Maintain a healthy weight.

*Test for heavy metal toxicity.

*Try Kombucha Tea.

*Ensure proper footwear.

*Fresh, raw pineapple and papaya contain bromelain, an anti-inflammatory enzyme.

*Consider liver support and/or a liver cleanse.

*Avoid MSG and artificial sweeteners because they are neurotoxins.

*EZ-Gest between meals may be helpful to ease inflammation.

*Have chiropractic or osteopathic evaluation/treatment.

It is essential to use:  Pain Relief Complex, Joint Health Complex, Alfalfa, B-Complex, Protein/Physique/180, and Calcium/Magnesium.

It is important to use:  OmegaGuard/Lecithin/Flax, Vitamin D, VitalMag, Vivix, Optiflora, Vitamin C.

Memang pun mcm description sciatica tu..

no issues.

dalam kata mudah, sakit yg berkaitan sendi2 tulang laa.

tapi mmg azab kalo sakit2 camnie. tambah plak kalo badan dh uzur.

sis cuba laa vivix tu (kalo kena ngan budget). atau AJHT tu.

atau jumpa chiropractor (pakar tulang belakang). tapi selalu usia2 cam ur granny tu, mmg payah sikit.

takpe laa. usaha je mana yg bole kan. sbb kalo asek duduk / terbaring je ~ sakit lain plak yg datang.
