Macam mana nak remove virus nie? [HTML.Redlof.A]

Dulu ice guna Windows ME,
Bila buka Internet, selalu keluar error message
'Error in Kernal.32.dll'..kalau nak bukak banyak-banyak
browser window.Bila buat virus scan..tak jumpa apa-apa virus.
Last-last, Internet Explorer langsung tak boleh access the Internet.
Sekarang baru reformat, dah guna Windows XP.
My old files yg dulunya dlm C drive, dah diletakkan
dlm D drive..and bila buat virus scan..
File-file nie ader virus HTML.Redlof.A
I guess this is the cause of that 'error in kernal.32.dll' message,
according to explanation dlm symantec website.
The problem is..ice tak reti nak remove virus nie.
Bila run virus scan..dia hanya boleh quarantine ajer..?! :stp:
PS: utk certain files yg ice dah tak nak guna (files yg ader virus)..
will deleting it..hantar dlm recycle bin without removing
the virus first, be ok?

Mungkin fail tu tak boleh repair atau kritikal sangat, try quarantine pastu clean,
tapi Symantec kate norton biase yg diupdate virus definition boleh remove probelm ni..

itulah kelemahan ME.... kernel.dll file. Utk elakkan, jgn biar komputer lama sangat. Pastu, jgn byk sangat run program yg guna DOS & Windows at the same time. Aku dah experience semua nie.. dan aku rasa error nie sungguh sucks. Tapi takperlah.. ME still rulez lar.. |

window mu (me..) memang os windows yg paling terok, buang aje windows mu tu dalam recycle bin. Guna windows 98se lagi stabil |

tapi yang tak bestnya win98 nie ialah dia tak autodetect tak cam me dan xp.. function dia kuraeeng sket ler kalau nak bandingkan ngan yang dua tu.... |

file yg ada virus tu semua ada dlm folder WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files kat dlm drive d:
select folder tu, tekan shift, hold, tekan delete. problem solved.

aku try cari patch utk virus nie.. tadak pun.. microsoft dah buang kot.
tapi, diorang kata solution utk problem nie ialah updatekan java. |

"patch" dia senang jer. pegi kat add remove programs, select windows setup tab, click accessories, uncheck "Windows Scripting Host".
lepas tu search wscript.exe, delete file tu. komputer akan kebal dari segala jenis script virus. tapi lepas tu tak buleh la nak run apa2 script dah. cara terbaik sebenarnya mmg guna antivirus la, tapi tu la mcm org cakap, kalu guna antivirus lembab sikit komputer tu. mcm aku, buat keje semua pakai makro, tak buleh la nak disable scripting host tu.

kalao online scanning tu takpe, tapi kalao sampai install 2 antivirus, mampuih la memory mapping, cepat HANG |

I can do that for some files.
But most of it..mcm my old assignments,
few precious emails n benda-benda lain,
ice tak nak delete. Takder save dlm diskette..
