                    BAHAN-BAHAN:
  •                 300 gm isi ikan tenggiri | dipotong dadu
  •                 1 sudu teh serbuk cili
  •                 4 sudu makan mentega | dicairkan
  •                 1 ulas bawang putih | dikisar
  •                 3 cm halia | dikisar
  •                 1 batang serai | dikisar
  •                 Garam secukup rasa
  •                 Lidi sate


        CARA MEMASAK:
        1. Perap isi ikan bersama dengan bahan yang dikisar, garam dan mentega cair selama 15 minit.
        2. Cucuk isi ikan dengan lidi dan bakar sehingga masak.
        3. Sedia untuk dinikmati bersama kuah kacang.
