Sekarang ni hari2 tak pernah miss buat sit up at least 30 kali, bicycle crunch 30 kali, regular cruch 30x, twist cruch 30x dan plank 15 saat (tu saja yang termampu ki..ki...)..smemang ada nampak perubahan sikit la kat perut..macam ada sedikit tone di situ...perut pun dah kurang sikit buncit walaupun fatpouch tu masih lagi bersarang..

Setiap kali mandi pulak buat squat 30x...squat ni mmg dah lama amalkan...punggung memang semakin pejal chuols...

Sekian laporan pada hari ni...pinggang masih lagi yo-yo...kadang2 28 1/2 inch...kadag2 29 inch...bila la nk p 27 inch...#masihberharap
