Penah makan kek suji dulu... tapi tak pandai nak buat.. dah try beberapa resepi.. tapi tak sama..

240 gm tepung suji (tepung semolina)
120gm gula ( 1/2 cawan )
125ml susu pekat
125ml sususegar  dalam kotak
1 sudu teh  essen vanilla
1/2 sdt pewarna kuning  
1 sdm minyak sapi
30gm badam ( bakar sebentar kemudian kisar kasar2)
30gm kismis kuning/hitam – untuk hiasan
10gm badam cincang – digoreng (untuk hiasan)
sedikit air (mengikut kepekatan) – saya tambah lebih kurang 2 cawan air

Cara penyediaan

1. Campurkan kesemua bahan2 diatas dan masak di atas api hingga mendidih kecuali badam, gajus, kismis dan air.
2. Masukkan badam berserta sedikit air. Biar hingga menjadi pekat.
3.  Taburkan kismis dan gajus di atasnya.
4.  Biarkan sejuk dan hidangkan.
