teringin nak wat taufu fah..
ape beza serbuk sei ko fah ngan serbuk gypsum..ngan serbuk GDL tu erk??
sape2 tawu resipi yg senang dan gerenti jadi taufu fah ni erk?
slalu bli singgit sebekas..
sikit sgt..
tak puas...
huhuhuhu....

smlam wat air soya..teringin minum hommade nye version..alhamdulillah menjadik. hehehe...tp my dad suruh letak halia time tgh masak soya tu.....bile tanye dia, dia ckp mmg kena tarok halia (1 slice nipis je)..nape eh?

ssh gak nk buat taufu fah ni yek.kena sukatan betul,tdk xmenjadi.slalu gi pasar mlm mesti bli.tp xpuas,ckt sgt.huhuuu....

kt mna ye nk bli gdl klu sekitar cheras dn ampang..dh cr kt kdai jual bhn bakeri tpxde..sekko adalah.tp mcm x cantik taufufah..

assalamualaikum.

Liz dah buat air soya.

kalo nak simpan 2-3 hari, camne nak elak dari basi.

Liz simpan 2-3 hari jadik mcm jelly.

i buat taufufah guna resepi ni:

1-1.5 liter air soya panas (baru masak)
*1 table spoon tepung jagung
*1/2 sudu teh GDL (level rata jgn membumbung dr sudu)
*62ml air biasa

-campo bahan * dlm satu bekas,kacau sampai larut.
-masukkan bahan tersebut ke dlm air soya yg panas td perlahan2 sambil kacau air soya tu..
-klu ade buih,buang kan..tutup rapat..
-alas tutup dgn kain supaya nanti wapnya x menitik.
-biarkan lebih kurg 30minit..
-sedia utk dihidang..

utk air soya:

120g soya bean
1-1.5liter air
2 helai daun pandan

- rendam soya sampai kembang(semalaman)
- blenderkan dgn air dan tapiskan ke dlm periuk guna kain.(i tapis guna tapis mcm org buat tapis teh kat kedai mamak tu)
- pastikan tapis berulang kali supaya xde serdak.
- masukkan daun pandan disimpul ke dlm periuk td dan masak sampai mendidih.
- kacau2 sikit dan buangkan buih klu ade.
- bila da mendidih dlm 3 kali membuak tu, tutup api.
- klu nak buat taufufah,teruskan step kat atas..dan buang daun pandan td.

* tips:
- air tu terpulang pd citarasa masing2..klu suka yg lembut,,guna 1.5liter..
- letak garam sikit masa buat air soya tu supaya x tawar sgt..

so far i buat x pernah x jd...cubalah ye...

kat mana nak beli GDL utk buat tau fu fah tu yer? teringin sgt nak buat tau fu fah sbb family saya semua suka sgt mkn...boleh dikatakan tiap2 ptg mesti beli taufu fah dari wak yg lalu dpn rumah.
