kornag penah tengok nata de coco neyr proses???
so sumer kerja dernag manual..
so dee dah di bagi tugasan kene design mesin tuk feed in/feed out tuk transfer nata tu dari satu tempat ke satu tempat lain...
contoh...lepas basuh...sebelum masak nak di transfer kan...
so cadangan dee...srew conveyer....sebab leh angkat air ngn nata skali tanpa memberi kesan..so kornag ada cdangan lain...time kasih membantu:bgrin: |

proses nata ni...dia cam wat air vitagen sumer..ada kulat digunakan..ibu kulat ni disimpan dlm semungu tuk
membiak...dlm air kelapa....kat malaysia guna santan kelapa kalau filipin guna air kelapa...lepas tu..asingkan ibu tu...
simpan la..so lepastu..buang lemak2 tka diingini...dapatl la nata tu..pastu potong..tp masa ni belum leh makan lg..
sebab masam..asid apa ntah...lepas proses ni..proses peneutralan...masa proses ni air akan berganti la..
untuk mendapat ph tertentu....lepas tu...masak dia dlm 80-100degree nak bg mati kuman sumer...pastu siap..
masukkan dlm sirap ynag diingini..hehehe...selepas 2 hari br leh mkn |

pakai vacuum suction utk handling ie.. material transfer
sama ada pakai clean pneumatic yg lepas tu boleh distribute next proses mcm canning and labelling
nak cuba?
kalau susah no.. pakai tangan.. timba dan tuang |

mmg dia pakai penapis plastic ngn timba nak upgrade la ni..cara tu tak leh langsung..water suction sumer pon tak leh..sebab structure nata kan rosak..
