windows registry dah corrupt nih... maybe kena virus... try repair windows registry pakai System Mechanic or Norton Utilities....

Takde pun file wincfgs.exe dalam Windows saya....

Cuba buat apa yg mod venez suruh...

it seemed that your computer was infected by malware/spyware, but you're able to clean it except its registry entry. sometimes, it may not appear in the registry. why don't you try this:

1. Close all running applications and start HijackThis (you can download it for free from HERE.
2. Run a scan and place a check against this one item:

F3 - REG:win.ini: load=C:\windows\system32\wincfgs.exe

3. Then click on Fix Checked.
4. When finished close HijackThis and reboot the PC.

If the above didn't give you anything, try this disk cleanup procedure:

1. Go to Start > Run and type in the box: Cleanmgr
2. Wait while Windows scans your system for files to delete (if you have more than one partition, select C drive).
3. Make sure these 3 are checkmarked and press *ok* to delete them.

Temporary Files
Temporary Internet Files
Recycle Bin
