lost sense of smell and taste

hi,saya nak tanya,saya dah lebih sebulan tak dapat rasa or bau apa2
mula2 ingatkan sebab sakit selsema(even the doc said that),tp sekarang selsema dah reda,but still tak dapat rasa or bau anything!!!!
is there a cure for this??or both my senses are permanently damaged....?
sekaran ni taking Advil pills for sinus cingestions....and puffer for my recent asthma attack
any help/advice/petua2 is REALLY appreciated!!!! Tak sanggup nak go through raya without being able to taste any fooooddd waaaaa!!!

loss of smell namanyer dalam medic adalah 'anosmia' boleh permanent atau temporary...

causes include:
URTI, smoking, antibiotics, parkinson, alzheimers, allergic, toxin

saya cadangkan....gi la jumpa otolaryngologist or ENT specialist check...sbb kalo biar lama, maybe irreversible
