I'm not saying that those entered are healthy, an those terkeluar tu unhealthy sperms.
What I'm trying to explain is that the ovum only needs one healthy sperm for fertilization. So, if let say u manage to accumulate all the ejaculated semen into the vagina(which is impossible),if none of the sperm is healthy, there will be no fertilization at all.
God has created the nature, so don't be worry. If God says "JADILAH", so u'll have the fertilization even only let say single sperm able to enter the vagina and cervix succesfully, whereas millions of it "terkeluar".
If u see any videos on "fertilization", u'll be suprised to see how many sperms(which is all healthy) swimming in the uterus, into the Fallopion tube and meets the ovum. From all these healthy sperm, the ONE which is by natural selection the strongest and the best will win to fuse with the ovum to form a blastocyst.Subhanallah... |

...but...very often...for those yang ada masalah to conceive...dr akan menasihatkan mereka to try putting a pillow under their butt or lifting their legs up against the wall for a few minits hoping that the seminal fluid would not leak out thus they would have better chance of getting pregnant...
...memang betul...in one ejaculation u have millions of sperms...but out of these millions...only the best sperm wins...and...kalau hubby ko punya semen analysis tak begitu hebat...dont u think that it is worth putting a pillow under your butt and lifting up your legs to try and salvage as much sperms as u can so that it improves your chances of getting pregnant???...:nerd: |

If your hubby is a chronic smoker and after 1year marriage u are still inefrtile(primary infertility), it's best to ask him to do sperm analysis. Most of the time, male is full of ego. I've seen so many cases like this.Unfortunately the poor wife gets the blame.:gado: |

kalau nak jumpa gynae sebab infertility must go together-gether..wife and husband..
sama juga kalau pegi antinatal clinic.. pasangan romantic mesti datang together-gether walaupun yg nak beranak tu pompuan aje..:nerd:
