Salam,

malam tadi aku cuba nak install software adobe premiere 2.0 kat pc aku. tapi malang nya tak boleh install dan keluar mesej seperti berikut. So aku ingat ni masalah berkaitan ngan proseccor la. nak tanya kat orang pakar, SSE2 Instruction Set tu hape ?

Aku guna proseccor AMD Sempron je. so korang rasa sempron xder ke benda ni ?

Sorry...processor ko takleh guna processor set tu... hanya Intel Pentium 4 and later processors, and with AMD Athlon 64 and Opteron and later processors.

Ni baru Premier 2... blum CS3 lagi... Nampak gaya kena upgrade PC lah tu...

boleh tak korang citer skit kat aku, SSE2 Instruction Set ni untuk ape ? ape kelebihan dia ? apa tujuan dia letak ? Dan boleh tak tolong bagi list kat aku, proseccor mana yg ada menatang ni ( AMD dan Intel ). Last, camna kita nak tau benda ni ada kat proseccor tu masa kita beli ? ade tulis kat kotak dia ke ?

Yup, aku peminat setia AMD, hanya AMD di hati. ehehehe ........ pasni kene cari amd yg ader benda tu la ye. hik hik hik ........

SSE2, Streaming "Single Instruction, Multiple Data" Extensions 2, is one of the IA-32 SIMD instruction sets. SSE2 was first introduced by Intel with the initial version of the Pentium 4 in 2001. It extends the earlier SSE instruction set, and is intended to fully supplant MMX. Intel extended SSE2 to create SSE3 in 2004. SSE2 added 144 new instructions to SSE, which has 70 instructions. Rival chip-maker AMD added support for SSE2 with the introduction of their Opteron and Athlon 64 ranges of AMD64 64-bit CPUs in 2003.

KO GUNA AMD SOKET 462 KAN... EG: DURON, SEMPRON, ATHLON, ATHLON XP
MEMANG TAKDER  SSE2 WALAUPUN ATHLON....


KALAU SOKET 754, 939, 940, AM2 SEMUA ADA SSE2. EG: SEMPRON 64, ATHLON 64, X2, FX, OPTERON.....
