Panadol, boleh jual di kedai runcit tak?

Saya ada satu kemusykilan, di kedai runcit saya, ada menjual panadol . Tiba-tiba hari ini ada customer yang menyatakan bahawa menjual panadol di kedai biasa merupakan satu kesalahan. Benarkah begitu sebab setahu saya, di restoran mamak pun ada jual panadol, di stesyen minyak pun ada jual panadol juga malah byk lagi jenis ubat lain yang dijual. Jadi, apa patut saya jawab pada customer yang complaint itu?

did the customer give a reason why it's prohibited?

did he/ she show any evidence saying the sale of panadol in 'kedai runcit' is prohibited?


Panadol is an over the counter drug that does not require any prescriptions or visit to a medical entity... can be sold in pharmacy, grocery store, discount stores etc... So, i think that your kedai runcit falls under the grocery store category... I think semua kedai runcit owners pun carry Panadol in their store... Kan Panadol nih penawar segala penyakit?... according to my dad at least ;)

Next time the customer comes, please ask for proof on the matter... Bikin panik ajer kot...

Yup, panadol boleh jual at any place...it's OTC...Nk kenal ubat OTC boleh cek nombor pendaftaran kat packing dia tu..contoh : MAL 12345678X..any sediaan yg no MAL ended with X or T (stands for tradisional) can be sold at any premis....kalau MAL ends with A..baru tak bolehh..hanya di farmasi n klinik/hospital sahaja. TQ
